That's got to be a typo 60k I know you've been in there you've seen the area I don't know how they expect to get 60000 in rent. And as far as the business again 2 million baht? It never really took off I don't believe sure they opened but never ever saw anybody in there went in there myself once with a friend and the first couple of things we ordered they didn't have and they look like we had just stepped in from outer space. I do wish them well though right at the beginning of low season too won't help them

I started off this season after 7 weeks $700 ahead then I hit a rough road and when the playoffs started I ended up still ahead $300. I went on to lose 200 in the playoffs so I've got a hundred to bet on the super bowl the worst I can do is break even I guess that's okay it's all in fun anyway. So my last hundred is going to go on Seattle - 3 and 1/2 parlay to over 45 and a half I think they're going to put up some numbers. We'll know soon enough

Great deal for the customer but it's a fairly brand new business and if they have to make these offers which let's be honest if you consider everything that goes into it it's a lost leader they have a tough road ahead. No different than the bars that open up and sell beers for 50 baht. Sure they're only paying 31 or 32 for a bottle of Chang so 18 or 19 baht over cost is nothing really. I think most customers are clued in and realize exactly what it takes to serve that 50 baht bottle of beer.

I have to say I've got to give a lot of credit to treetown Christmas time they went all out and decorated the front of tree town they did the same for Halloween and now they've done similar for Valentine's Day. I don't know who's responsible for it I'm guessing it's the management whoever it is they're making an effort it's really nice to see.

I may be wrong but I can't see many punters coming out of pocket to buy gold at 84,000 baht for a little bracelet with a total weight of one baht. Even the white knights even the guys that are somewhat cashed up I just can't see them buying a two or three baht piece of gold for a temporary girlfriend. I don't know if this will filter down to the gold shops taking a hit as well going to be interesting to follow it

I guess that could happen but I think the majority of the girls in Pattaya are happy to be in Pattaya just not happy about what they have to do to maintain being here. If they can make all that money and live in party Central and not have to deal with customers personally that's going to appeal to a shitload of girls. If you want to get down to the legality of it do they even have to be 18 years old to do that? Maybe to be in the bar to do it but if they did it from a different location the 18 year old limit might not even come into play.

Just got a message that Las Vegas a Go-Go very shortly will be using their upstairs to live stream on the net and have the girls hustling drinks being bought for them by customers out of the country or out of Pattaya anyway. Not sure that's the greatest thing for the customers. The guys that go in there expecting to see the girls dancing and as well it's said they'll be taking the better of the girls to do this which makes sense. Not for the customers of the Go-Go but for the girls that don't really want to go out anyway there's a lot of upside potential. During covid when this was being done I posted more than once that it wasn't something that would stop it may have for a short period but it's too inviting for owners. Now they can advertise great looking girls come work with us don't need to actually drink alcohol don't need to go with customers make good money. A very good looking girl that's doing a live stream will do very well with this it's going to catch on I feel. I think many here remember the FLB was the first place that started doing this even before covid and it caught on really well $5 for one of those little blowjob shots. One night in baby dolls Martin the owner of FLB told me that most nights the online drinks for girls exceeded what the bar did in actual customers. Then PayPal got wind of it didn't think it was a good thing to do or it was against their rules or something and stop being the the pay avenue for the customers but they did find another one. Today's some Chinese Char Sui pork. You can buy packaged powdered mix to mix and then marinade the pork overnight but it just doesn't have the real authentic taste. So I went through YouTube until I found what I thought was a good recipe and it turned out excellent 14 or 15 items needed most of them I had I had to go get a few but it was well worth it.
