    Breakfast on the beach in hua hin,simple but plenty, cappuccino was perfect.

    A drive down to pak nam pran about 30 minutes on the bike. Very good restaurant never dissapoints,the seafront was busy with 100s of thais picnicking,and buying food from the many food carts lined alongside beachrd,great atmosphere.

    This popped up on my feed,a 19 year old who made his money on YouTubegame mi ecraft had decided to climb everest,he's already climbed denali and aconcagua with the same guide company who will hopefully take him up everest. Give him his due he seems determined,on his way to basecamp now and doing daily updates. I've read they have big problems with the khumbu icefall this season , teams are way behind schedule, be interesting to see if he makes it ,good luck to the guy,will be checking in on him daily.

    Who needs a gym. Ting tongs alarm goes off every morning 6am,feck it today went up to the hill before 7 then down to the beach for a swim,great start to the day but probably feel it later. Sitting in motorcycle cafe having breaky.
