Yep... mine has been under control since i started getting back in shape.
Yet... You always know it is there.
The key is keeping the lower back muscles strong to support the spine, also walking to keep a good blood flow to the immflmation. Once the immflamation goes down the buldging fluid can begin reduce and to repair itself.
Lifting up stuff doesn't bother me. It is bad posture and sitting in bad positions for too long, along with inactivity.
