One thing I would really like to getting back to, when I reach the point where I can have it. A few tomato plants and a dog or two.

Yes like it. I like cottage cheese with a lot of things. Typically with some Lawry's seasoning salt. They also have a restaurant in Chicago. The best prime rib meal I've ever had....

I've mentioned this before. Once had some potato salad at a Babydolls party, catered by The Big Kahuna. It was the best I've ever had. Not had it at their shop though, not sure if they are even still open.

I think KFC has some of the best coleslaw out there actually. The mashed potato's are nasty.

Most coleslaw is average. But sometimes you find a good one and you'll always go back for more. Same with potato salad. Mom made the best of both. Sadly she's still not around.

Looks a bit more relaxing than hauling in 50 lb. catfish. -
Had some lovely sautéed garlic chicken livers in the Lebanese place in Central Festival last trip. Along with some hummus and bread. Makes for a lovely little meal, while looking out to the beach. Very tasty.

Just telling you my style. They are good and less messy. Try one sometime you might like it. No, I don't use ketchup. Being an American has nothing to do with it.

When I make an egg sani I beat the eggs, put on bread or toast with mayo/salt. Love em and easy.
