  1. It looks like the window seals were compromised from the heat. The cabin windows are three layers of stretched acrylic. Cockpit windows are the same with a pane of hydrophobic coated glass on the outside.
  2. On my bike route, these guys aren’t normally here. Did the farmers rent the lot to feed the herd or was the herd rented to clear the lot? When I was working in the refinery, off in the distance I saw a herd and it looked like a cowboy on a horse was tending them. I got closer and saw it was goats and the cowboy was riding a bicycle. 555
  3. According to one analysis of U.S. government data, EV fires appear to occur less frequently than ICE vehicles, with 25.1 fires for every 100,000 vehicles sold compared to 1,529 fires for ICE vehicles. (Hybrids, interestingly, appear to catch fire most frequently, perhaps a result of the battery pack being adjacent to a combustion engine.) Data from the Swedish government and a major EV vendor appears to support this general assessment. 4. My home county in California is Solano. The refinery I worked at. My first name. My last name. Everything just like home.

  6. Same with me. One blank from Free, then a picture from Lirchenfeld, then five more blank posts from Free.
  7. I’ll eat and enjoy spicy up to the normal Thai levels. Once the mouth cools down, I’m fine. No heartburn or anything else later. But, the fermented stuff is where I draw the line.
  8. Yeah, there will be definite signs.
  9. In the US, May is Military Appreciation Month and November is National Veterans and Military Families Month.
  10. If they had navel and were made in His imagine, then God must have had a navel, too. Who was His mother?
  11. I’d have him stand there while it was slowly counted, allow the person counting extra long lunch and breaks, then at closing time tell him to take it home as we can’t be responsible for storing uncounted funds. Repeat as necessary.

  15. My first car was a 1967 Plymouth Belvedere convertible. I think it was 1979 or 80 when I bought it. it was the same as the one in this picture off the web, but not nearly as nice. I bought it for $650 and sold it ten years later for $500.
  16. This was a setup from the start. The cop is camping in the passing lane, hindering Mr. Lara from safely passing. Then, he pulls him over for driving too slowly and too close to the truck in front of him. it’s never a good day if you have to talk to a cop. Either something bad happened and the cops come, or the cops come and something bad happens.
  17. Trilogy of Terror By the way, it’s the fiftieth anniversary of The Exorcist’s premiere in December.
  18. When this first came on HBO, the whole family sat down to watch it. My little brother got scared and went to bed. I gave him about twenty minutes to settle down and then I low crawled down the hall into his bedroom. I grabbed the bed leg and started shaking it. Gregg jumped up out of bed and ran down my back to get out of the room. I doubt he ever finished watching that movie.
