This year Gym , concerts , Thailand ,Ibiza twice Manchester on the beer half a dozen times Blackpool this coming weekend (got mates coming over from Manchester) Meant to be down in London again mid September and Kingston Upon Thames for a concert at a place called PRYZM if it goes ahead. Been a cracking year for keeping busy after all the Covid shite , one thing it's taught me is go live your life.

Truthfully I like any Nationality with a decent personality and looks to match For me a stunning Spaniard beats a Thai girl 100%, I'd just forgotten till I went back over to Ibiza last month (am back there this weekend too) The great thing about SE Asian women though is they aren't too hung up with all the absolute bullshit nowadays in the west of upsetting someone and can give and take a joke too .

Sat on a train in between Rugby and Milton Keynes impatiently... On my way to London for a couple of days with my eldest son.

I played Rugby till I was 21 nothing would give me greater pleasure , but he won't have it. He plays for a local youth football team , but is talking of leaving that now seasons over. My mate who I train with at the gym is an X Pro Boxer has offered to take him under his wing and get him in the gym , but he doesn't even want to do that . Seems I'm not the only one judging by these posts 🤣

Going through it with my eldest lad at the minute he's going on 15.. All of a sudden he's 6 foot tall getting a lot of attention at School from girls (he's half Thai in U.K) choosing the wrong group of mates🙄 school grades are starting to suffer and the puffing of the chest has arrived 😭 It's winding me up no end no matter what I say or do it's going in one ear and out of the other he was nothing like even 6 months back 🙈 I'll win in the end , but I don't want it to be too late for him educationally (I was a tear away at his age and really want better ).. Hard work teenagers.

No chance Seen the consequences of it twice with two mates from home . My first mate from home fell off a waterfall in Koh Samui in 05 and was in hospital nearly a month (had to be flown to BKK) his insurance had ran out as he ended up overstaying his original time (with a visa run) Second mate came off a moped age 23 and ended up in a coma and permanent vegative state (I had been with him all night) Absolute no chance and you gotta be a prick not to have it

Sat on the plane before takeoff back to U.K from Ibiza.. It's been emotional and my liver is f***d 🤣🤣

Thailand for me ... Not too sure at this moment in time I did think August , but have instead been to and are going to a few concerts and Ibiza this Saturday. Maybe Christmas now . Managed to scratch the itch in December and January gone so I'm not so bad, can't believe where 6 months has gone since then Time flies

Earlier in the pandemic when no one was driving fuel (I'm diesel) went down to £1 per litre at one point. It seemed to settle for a long point at £1.32 then shot up to £1.50 everyone started going mad , but as usual nothing was done. For the past month it went up to £1.70 and after the Jubilee weekend the cheapest I've found is £1.82 it's absolutely scandalous now and cannot keep going. I won't hold my breath for £2 , but can see it All per litre . Food is even worse too

Love every decade from 60s through to 00s , least favourite is probably now I mean how do you even hear new music? I started buying music late 70s and loving all kinds from The Sex Pistols, Clash , The Police , Specials ,Sham69 , Blondie, (who didn't like Debbie Harry then ) Gary Numan The 80s was a massive change of styles / New Romantic / House , Soul and Funk and probably has some of my best memories growing up because mid 80s is when I started going out clubbing etc. 90s was the same but with Indie / Brit pop / rave and later Trance and Soul RnB always loved Hip Hop / Rap too , but mostly American . Early 00s was still good some brilliant tunes about that I'm sure we all know from LOS 😁 Been a good old life all in all.

Horrible to lose mates I know I lost two close mates of mine in 2019 age 50 and 52 within 6 weeks of each other (one horribly and sadly suicide) Still never got over it . I hope you are OK , remember the good times and frame the best photos. There's always Thailand for a beer 🍻
