Just finishing a meal in Cafe Pitini. Food is good, but if you get here after about 7, the music from live band across the road is defending, expecially the bass. Totally unnecessary to be playing that loud in just a double front bar. The band are shit as well. Edit, it's next door. No wonder the walls were vibrating

Not sure it gets respect. It just becomes an expectation the next time you visit the bar and more lady drinks expected. That said, if you are generous in a particular bar, I think you get a better welcome

I reckon now at least 50% of girls in Pattaya bars ,if not more,have had a nose job. Some don't look too bad, whilst others are a disaster. The big desire to have a western nose, because that's what they think farang like. 😁 Not cheap either, but pretty irreversible. There is a girl in Sugar Sugar that I refer to as "Schnozzle Durante" although she is not aware of it😁😁 Personally,I'm not impressed, just as I am not impressed by tattoos. What's your take on this epidemic of rhinoplasty?

Just got back from a walkabout in Made in Thailand indoor Market on 2nd Road. Its like an oven in there. Bought a pair of cargo shorts and was sweating buckets by the time I got back into the street. As usual, people Jay walking or standing in the middle of the walkway, totally obvious of other pedestrians. (Arseholes) Quite hot outside today in Pattaya.. Got back to my room and put air con on full blast. Need another shower now.

I went over to the Darkside to visit a mate last night then ended up a Dao bar. Wow, I have not been to that bar for about 12 years and it's still there and refurbished looks nothing like it used to. Not many customers there and the girls were OK and attentive. Not expensive either. Had a very pleasant time there, them ordered Bolt back to town.

Update. Unfortunately, whilst very tasty, it came out almost as quickly as it went in. I had to make a speedy return to my hotel room an hour later 😁 Oh well, at least it cleared the decks and I was able to head out on the town again without fear of self defecation 🤯🤯

Hoping to get a seat in the Nest for Sunday Roast. Very busy everywhere. Not seen it so busy since way before Covid. But good to see the town has recovered well. One of my friends just turned up.last night and had problem getting a room.

Just woken up with a slight hangover but vivid dream. Time to get some breakfast, I'm starving. Not sure where, maybe the Devonshire, and get some cash-and-carry shopping. I was nackered after yesterday's long journey but still.managed to go walkabout/drinkabout ast night. Who knows what fortune the day will bring
