Thanks for above. I saw it again this afternoon at same location. I wondered if the annual tax disc would show any make but it was rolled onto one of those cylinder type holders. Did not want to hang around too much if it could be ringed vehicle.

I have included this. The sticker on the rear window is The Car Club Society on Thailand. Anyone any knowledge about the car, age, make etc?

Beach Road this morning.

A plug for Mr Deen, whom I do not know and have never met or seen.

A little worse for wear but I thought worthy of inclusion.

I saw the vehicle this morning being ridden on Beach Road; I must admit it did not sound like a well tuned machine. What were the indications that the vehicle was a copy or clone.

Unfortunately it is behind a paywall.

Mrs Sacoolas has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. From the information available in the public domain, I am not 100% convinced that her driving amounted to dangerous driving. There is a lesser charge of causing death by careless driving, which although it carries a maximum sentence of 5 years imprisonment. can be dealt with summarily at the Magistrates Court. The lower end of the sentencing for the causing death by careless driving offence according to sentencing guidelines includes community service and of course suspended prison sentence is available up to a period of six months if the matter is dealt with by Magistrates. Momentary lack of concentration is a phrase often used is cases of this type and there is some evidence to suggest that this happened in this case when the accused set off driving on the wrong side of the road. Personally I think she has been overcharged, which I put down to media pressure. Should she plead guilty to this lesser offence and the prosecution agree to this the matter could be dealt with relatively quickly. There would probably be a public reaction if she is convicted and not sentenced to imprisonment, however it is probably a case where the police, CPS and the accused would like to be resolved. Whatever happens there will be some who will not be satisfied. The media have kept this case running.

By no means classic, I have seen it driven around Pattaya. This morning parked in front of Central Festival.

Some work on the northern end of the beach near the Dusit Thani Hotel. Not sure what but there is a tracked vehicle behind the screens.

I checked the temperature this morning as I walked along Beach Road[ it was 24 degrees centigrade. A car with a message - however the message was not clear. The police jet skis. Some aerobics on Beach Road and a cute squirrel. Santa and team from the Amari Hotel. Some work, I am not sure what going on at the northern end of the beach near the Dusit Thani . The shops at Dolphin Circus both Second Road and the road down to the beach have been 'tinned off' ; looks like something is planned.

The motor cycle looked impressive as I walked by; but it is probably quite ordinary but just nicely pained. I don't think it comes with the matching coloured pedal cycle.

I sighted this during the morning walk this morning. The owner is no doubt trying to make a point but I am not sure what that point is? The message on the wind screen does not assist. Two other people took photographs whilst I was there.
