At one point in the US I was 320 pounds the doctor said I had to knock off 120 pounds. He told me he could put me on a regimen that would take 10 to 12 months for me to hit that goal I told him that was far too long. Didn't go back to see him until I was 200 lb and that was 4 months later I dropped 120 lb in 4 months I've never ever had an issue losing weight that comes very easy for me and I eat a lot. The big problem is keeping the weight off I'm about 215 now and I'm happy with it but if I get much more than 225 I just take a week or two and knock it back off. And before somebody says the yo-yo dieting is no good for you if it works it works and it does for me

Yep when I went back to the States I thought I would fit right in as if I had never left but I never felt 100% comfortable. I did when I got off the plane in Bangkok and realized this is actually my home now.

It looks like this place has bought the farm they were heavy on Facebook looking for a 1/3 investment but I guess that fell through Blue streak would know more about it because I think he walks through here pretty often. But the place is dirty unkept it looks like the bar has been stripped of everything just looks like it's out of business who would have guessed it. Opposite Candy Bar on Soi Boukow

Yes that's true he continued to stay open later despite being warned and not to but there are bars all over this town that were open after hours that were ignored nothing was done about them. This was a personal Vendetta or a lack of donation

It may affect some but it's not going to affect all of them unfortunately here they pick and choose who they want to close despite many many businesses doing the same thing. A good example the Barbie bar which was right across from the triangle bar was warned about serving after hours. Lots of bars get visits from the police we got them at baby dolls we got them at secrets telling us to close and when they did we closed. Barbie bar with no different but apparently the envelopes weren't being passed about and they close them for 5 years despite them doing no more than most every other bar. We're in Thailand and cash is King. It can magically change rules

I have a 55 inch LG 4K it's great for watching movies sporting events and such but those cheap 32-in TVs for the resolution I need for my PCS works well for me

About a year ago I bought a 32 inch flat screen TV on lazada for about $95 it was some company out of China it arrived and all the box said was 32-in TV. It was just about exactly a year ago it still works fine but I'm now running two different PC so I needed 2 HDMI inputs on a TV and the one I bought last year only had one. So I went on Lazada looking for another basic 32-in digital flat screen TV the only real requirement was 2 HDMI inputs. Well I came across another generic one called expose that's the brand name. This TV had two HDMI inputs to USB inputs audio video jacks more than I needed. The price now was $70 US. It works perfectly as a monitor for my two PCS if you're looking for a cheap monitor for your garage or your office just something to drive your PC in my opinion this is perfect 2100 baht. It's also full 1080p not 4K but what can you expect for 70 bucks. The video is very good from my computers I can't say about the TV itself because I don't have it connected to any cable devices such as true or sophan as I don't use them

A mess of big prawns breaded and deep fried with some homemade sweet and sour sauce not that bottled crap and some chips / french fries or whatever you guys want to call them. They were done in the air fryer.

I was very fortunate as I was an alcoholic at a young age stopped drinking on my own at 25 and haven't had a drink in almost 42 years. It's not an easy thing to kick I must have stopped drinking 50 times before it finally took and I could actually leave it. Being in the bar business here for 15 years I guess many would probably wonder how I could stay away from it. But once the initial monkey was removed from my back it was never again an issue but it's not an easy road. Years ago on the secrets forum a fairly new member asked if there was an AA meeting here in Pattaya. I saw the post come up I'm guessing before most and maybe before anyone and told anyone that criticized or gave a smart-ass remark would be removed from the forum it's not a funny thing it's a sickness. Nobody did in fact a few people posted about the meeting they have here in town.

Never been anything other than a Lion's fan but the 49ers well that's going to be a tough game for them to come out on top. I have always been of the belief if you win the super bowl you're the winner all other teams go into a big pile of losers. I don't care if you got beat in the super bowl guys can go around and say oh we were second best there's one winner in the rest of them are all losers doesn't matter where they came in if you don't win at all you just join that group of losers. And unfortunately as much as I hate to say it I think my Lions will be in that group as well.
