    Waiting for taxi pick up 3,30am to malaga airport,got to hotel last night just in time for sunset ,only been here 6 hours. Not a bad way to end a trip offshore.

    Packing,leave boat tomorrow, 2 hour bus journey to malaga ,1 night in malaga then horrible 6am flight malaga to abz via lgw,probably 4am pick up or some stupid time.

    I've stayed at ibis styles and ibis Amsterdam Airport hotel many times last 2 years travelling through work, both decent enough tho styles better,free buss every 30 minutes 24 hours to both right outside,only once they put me in the hilton which is great and a short walk.

    Not seen this yet ,watched a few documentarys and snippets on ueil steck,ive been on the eiger west flank looking down and across the North face,for him to climb it in that time is an amazing endurance feat.Added to my list of must see,cheers.

    Qatar flying in to the new terminal you say ? Flying in 2 weeks from doha,but you still have to go old terminal for immigration? Sounds a bit of a bummer if so.

    Just learned why a helicopter was hovering around yesterday,2 died ,a German guy jumped in to help a Spanish teenager in distress,both drowned. The sign in picture above is a warning sign of the path erosion.

    Last day in tarragona,heading to Gibraltar, quick walk along the coast before we sailed today.

    Last day in tarragona,sailing tomorrow lunchtime down to somewhere near malaga,made the most of it,20s today and a lot of people at beach out and about.

    Ye,I thought id catch a motorbike taxi from airport to town,just to see how wild,didn't know what side of the road they drove on for the first 10 minutes. Regarding hotels,can't remember specific name of area but near a night market 10 min walk from main drag.

    If you go to Sr,id recommend if you haven't been already angkor wat, 3 day pass,hire a scooter from town ,go at your own pace back and fourth each day,its an amazing temple,been around 7 tears since I been but never had a problem finding a bar with willing girls,I'd avoid the main drag tho,ok for people watching and a beer or 2.

    A walk around tarragona and time to replenish stocks,can't help notice how cheap it is here,cappuccino and icing pastry 3,10 euros in one of the many small coffee shops in town,and 15 euros for the snacks,only 17 today a bit chilly.

    Just woke up,switched on maps and see we are sailing back to tarragona, supposed to be tomorrow,so looking forward to get back into town again
