In one of the Las Vegas ones I was waiting to meet a mate there around 3pm & a lovely young girl enticed me upstairs with the promise of a BJ.Anyway there were no towels so after the dirty deed I'm lying akimbo on the bed trying to get the ceiling fan to dry me when she went down on me again,so I had 2 for the price of 1😆.

Dunno if you remember Davie Milne,the Jock who ran the Pleasuredome back then.When I was in town I was probably his best customer,he's an ex-Seeb Oman Airworkee. I see him on every trip to BKK,he runs a private investigations & security business from there now. Not many guys go from running a bar in Pattaya for 10 years to starting a totally separate successful business in Thailand. Some of his stories are amazing & I keep telling him he needs to write a book. Apart from anything else he must have an iron liver,had many a time in there in the early 90's playing pigs until the sun came up.

Me & the missus have accounts with Bangkok Bank in Korat,the transfer I did on Monday reached her account on Thursday morning.That was a tester as I'd never used Xe.com before.I did another on Thursday & I hope it gets to her on Saturday-BKK Bank is open on Saturdays.She's flying home to the UK on Sunday. BTW when I answered the weird email I got from Xe I said something like "Why are you asking this now"....I got a nice reply thanking me for relpying to their questions.

My dad never got his medals,I think he just wanted to forget all about it.

Pretty sure he wasn't on Malta.

This is an excellent book,somewhere in mum's house is my dads copy with a page marker where he got to before he died.

Slightly off topic but when I was looking for the above pics I came across this,at least one of the bottles has been drunk. @Derek Dangleberries

In WWII my maternal grandfather was an ARP warden,he's the guy in the middle with the glasses.This pic was in a book about Watford my aunt bought about 30 years ago,when they saw the pic her & my mum got the publisher to give them a print. He also won the Military Medal in WWI at the battle of Epehy in 1918.We donated his medals & the citation to the Royal Fusilier museum in the Tower of London.

During WWII my dad drove a scout car for the Royal Artillery,he went through the invasions of North Africa,Sicily & Italy & was at the battle of Monte Cassino.For most of his later life he was a manic depressive & I'm sure his war experiences were the cause.Sometimes over a beer he's talk about them & it was pretty horrific. We think this was taken in Austria after the Nazi surrender.

Today's lunch,red pepper hummus with cucumber on Scottish oatcakes,nice but messy.

For the smaller teams getting a draw away at a big club then having a money spinning replay was always part of the glamour of the cup.

Wifey got the dosh this morning,decent rate & no fees.

Yep I went in there a couple of times but from what I remember it was best to have the act done under the bar whilst watching the porn movies cos the girls were pig ugly. My mates bar The Pleasuredome was a couple of doors down on Soi Post Office.
