Amazing with all the bollocks about climate change etc that we have thousands of fans flying up to 900 miles to watch a football match that could be played in the home country of both the teams.

Yesterdays cold roast chicken with bubble'n squeak & pickled onions....not quite authentic as it's garlic mash & washed down with a lovely vin rouge. But it was bloody good!

Apart from a couple of trips to Phuket(last one in 1987)& the PI(1985)Pattaya was always my # 1 destination. These days I go to Korat for a few weeks then the seaside for a few days.Last trip we did 5 weeks in Korat then for 2 weeks rented a condo in Jomtien.I think I went into Pattaya 2 or 3 times. Eventually if and when we come over there to live then I'm going to rent or buy a condo in Jomtien & commute between there & Korat. That's if I've still got my marbles by then😏

I just had 3 pints of Greene King IPA followed by 3 pints of London Pride,very nice followed by some seriously hot Thai grub.Superb.

Knowing all I'm going to do today is go to the gym then play snooker & drink some London Pride.

Big match on Saturday,Watford vs Wolves who are both gunning for 7th place,which will be a Europa League spot if Man City win the FA Cup. We've beaten Wolves twice this season & I'm hoping for a third win.I'll be there.

I love hummus,usually get Sainsbury's Be Good To Yourself hummus with roasted red peppers.Aldi do some nice biscuits for dipping,sweet chili thins they're called.Usually my lunch for 3 or 4 days a week along with Sainsbury's cool salsa.
