A couple of questions to clarify the problem you're having. Are you getting any kind of message after you attempt to log in? Is it a case that after you click login nothing happens? If yes, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Are you using a bookmark to the login screen? With my hearing loss I need them too, especially if there are heavy accents involved. Most of the time I can pick up enough of what's said that I can follow along. But for important dialog to the plot that I can't understand I'll turn on subtitles for the scene. The reason I don't keep subtitles on all the time is I find it distracting and detracting from the background scenery.

Just finished binge watching the last three episodes of Shogun. I thought episodes 8 & 9 were outstanding. Both I would rate 9 stars. The final episode was almost as good as 8 & 9. Outstanding performances all around by all the actors. Sure hope they continue the series with another season.
