Trying to decide what motorcycle to buy. Need to get some transport, so it’s down to what I fancy. Money isn’t an issue, got a lot of money that Jan gave me so I don’t need to worry about the price. Do like the ZX-6R in the 40th anniversary colours, that’s £10,859 brand new which is what I’d be looking at.

I really have fallen in love with them, having some nature in your life really makes a difference to your wellbeing.

Watering my plants. Really got into them after Jan went into the hospice, would bring them to her a couple of times a week so her room felt like her home. Jan loved plants so much, her flat is like a jungle lol. I buy them from the lady who has a stall below my gym. I think it’s also a part of my bipolar, the obsession and fixation on things. But at least it’s a healthy obsession.

What’s the highest peak you have climbed mate?. Not something I could do with my fear of heights. I’m okay inside, like looking out of a aeroplane window, but not outside in the elements.

Lost the interest in travelling myself, last trip abroad was in 2015 to Thailand and Cambodia. Would regularly do all my four weeks holidays from work in SEA. Did this for years, would be one long trip or two fortnightly trips. Maybe I’ll get the travel bug back, but who knows?. I’m pretty tied up in things here at home so will see what the future holds.

On the train back home from Twickenham. Been over to Jan’s flat to see her flatmate Sally. She has been looking after it since Jan went to the hospice. Usually see her every week or two to make sure everything is okay there. The bills have been transferred to her so that’s all she pays, I don’t charge her rent as there’s no mortgage to pay. The will will be sorted next week so then ownership is transferred to me. We went to the cemetery as well and laid flowers on Jan’s and her daughter Jenny’s graves. I try and fit visits around Sally’s days off so we can go together. Want to get some transportation and start looking for a job as I’m getting bored just sitting around doing nothing all day.

Yeah, toes and feet seem most common, but you can get it in any joint. Maybe you need a joint for your joint pain.😂

Usually a flare up would last a couple of weeks, with maybe 3 or 4 days at its worst. Since stopping drinking and changing my diet, I have been okay thankfully. Medication can obviously help, but for me, a lot of health problems can be controlled naturally. I try and avoid medication as much as possible.

I buy the curry in packets from the local Indian shop, then just add onions, garlic, herbs and spices. Rice is microwaved. All vegan as well.

Nice paint job, would look nice on a bigger sports bike. Not sure the need for a steering damper on a 125 though. Had one on my RG500 as it was all over the place unless you had it set on three. Only way to keep it in a straight line.

Bit of a toss up between Action Man figures and Star Wars figures. Had some of the vehicles for both of them. Not so much toys, but I really loved Airfix planes as a kid, really enjoyed building them and painting them.

Thought this was really good. Never realised he had so many mental health problems and had been diagnosed with Tourette’s.

Sorry to hear that mate. Did he have any previous history of mental health problems?, because it can hit you at any time. I was recently in hospital in January for 10 days with mental health problems, basically had a mental breakdown after burying my sister. I also have previous history of depression and suicide attempts. So if there’s any previous history it could be a relapse mentally.

This new documentary was a decent watch.

Season three of the brilliant Netflix series Sunderland ‘til I die is on Tuesday. It’s one of the best shows on Netflix by far, just outstanding.

It’s a sort of lightly spiced fruity HP type of flavour to it.
