Back at the flat. Had lunch with Sally as she is off work today.we went to the Italian restaurant Jan loved so much. We went to the cemetery this morning to lay flowers on Jan’s and her daughter Jenny’s graves. We both find it comforting to just have a chat with them, helps us both a lot.

As I am not working I try to do a minimum of 10km a day, but this week it has been fairly rainy so not so easy to hit my regular target. Basically has been 45 to 60 minutes on the treadmill where usually I’d do more outdoor walking as well.

I try and keep my main meal vegan but I do have a sweet tooth, same with Sally, so we restrict it to a small dessert. Apart from my dessert I only have one meal a day.

Sally brought these home for later. Had them before and are really good.
