When I started dieting 18 months ago, this belt wouldn’t go all the way around me. At the start I was at 344 lbs and so far I’ve dropped an even hundred. My long term goal is to get under 200 pounds. I have cut back on junk foods, I don’t keep anything bad in my place. If I get a craving and absolutely want potato chips, I’ll walk to a 7/11 two miles away to buy them. I like walking anyway. About a week ago, I went to visit a friend at Bangkok Hospital who just received a cancer diagnosis. I took the baht bus from Jomtien to Terminal 21 and walked the rest of the way. After the visit, I decided to walk back to my place.

Same as it ever was.
