this town has been screwed so many times by fake charity claims that anyone raising money ether has to provide totally transparent accounting for all to see or should be avoided lke the plague. during covid we were scared, or I was, to raise money, and it was onyl after we found an easy way to make it totally transparent that I did it. so the millions we did raise all were shown to be going t buy food for the poor, and accounts published all the time I have no time for people who fake funding and fake passing the money on, this town has had more of its fair share of scammers. and no one should donate unless they can see fully where all of their money, no fees, is going IMHO Trevor has fallen off his horse and only stays afoot due to gullible people, he had every chance to show hs accounting, as have others in the near past

Oh I know they arent making much. as Iwe run a you tube channel that has around 280 thousand views a month. so I know what comes in. but the yt boys here with the bar stuff do it behind paywalls, so you PAY to see their content as a member.. that extra income for sure, as in bar videos, they are usually demonetized by youtube anyway

of all the xmas lunches I have had here, at least a dozen, NONE comes to mind as a brilliant memory in restaurants or pubs. Best was at home, and thats what we will do this year. few friends round, full on cook and relax. and paying a hundred quid for a lunch in thailand makes me laugh. Prep the night before. gusts bring booze or a dish and off we trot.

have a ford ranger 3.2 2wd here in Thailand. I bought her new some 13 years ago. last year or so been looking to replace and unless I buy new I seem to be looking at newer vehciles, but worn out really. she has 170K Km n her, needs a new wrap, screen, and an electrical problem sorting out that beats me hands down. If i can fix the power issue, she will be re wrapped, new screen, new stereo and kept for another 12 yrs I think until she croaks. been a bloody god truck, and I hated ford previously but woudl regret selling her. might oe day buy a car to run alongside tho
