Decided to cook some eggs, black pudding, beans, tomatoes and sausages....I need to put on some weight, I am getting skinny and I don't like it.

Don't worry. The chocolates are for Porn's family and the crisps will be staying here for me. I was 12 stone 7 lbs this morning, I need to bulk up.

I am actually having my first alcoholic drink since 20 October (The London meet) I have also just been to Tesco and got these two tins of chocolates for £7 and these special edition crisps for £1 each. They were having a tasting session and the Roast Turkey and stuffing was absolutely delicious.

Have tried that recently, very nice it is too..

I was 14 stone 11 lbs in July, I am now 12 stone 08 lbs, I put this down to hard work in my new job (from July) but mainly to the lack of alcohol that passes my lips on a weekly basis due to my duties. In fact I haven't had a beer since the London meet 10 days ago. Despite the loss of weight the muscle has reduced so I do need to do some form of exercise, it is finding the time so need to do some house exercise lifting Argos catalogs etc. I do need to get my figure back for the beach lol

Luckily my phone updated and 7.30 was 0730 and more than 12 hours kip works for me obviously needed. Just need to update the cooker etc now....

Got back from work yesterday at 5 pm, bought some wine and beer and now I have just woken up in bed. What the hell happened. It has been a busy week and I had every intention of watching the footie, cooking pie and chips and getting a few down me. Next thing I know is waking up this morning at 0730 am, no alcohol touched my lips and no pie inside me. No wonder I am 12 stone 8 lbs. This work thing has a lot to answer for .....

I like the timings as well, suits my work pattern and as you say it is a non stop flight. Traveled on them a few months ago, I was suitably impressed.

Had this for my dinner last night, it is haggis with cauliflower cheese, two of my favourite dishes. The haggis was Macsween bought from M & S. Absolutely delicious.

Well just booked a flight for January so I am now officially 38 days and 86 days, I am now working on my February trip but that date is purely down to whether or not Porn gets a Spouse Visa..................................

Just got on the bus and the local nutter has decided to sit near me. Could be interesting So far she is only talking to herself and dancing.

Off to the Entertainer shop to pick up some toys for the wee one. There has been a 50% off promo of late.

Only 39 days now.... hoping Emirates arrive early in Dubai so I can get more than 1.5 hours in transit, need to buy a few things.

Well I am having my first beer since last Saturday, it is a nice Latvian beer from the shop recommended by Sherlock (Chris).... thing is I only have the one so unless I go out that will be it. I have a course tomorrow morning in Bermondsey so maybe I will just wait until I hit the crew in Holborn, I will be ready then as I am off until Tuesday. Other than that I bought an Aberdeen Angus and Merlot steak pie at Iceland, that is being cooked right now and will go with Iceland's chunky chips. Hadn't been in to Iceland for a while but very impressed with their products.

Have to say that even sitting down and budgeting for babies can be far off target, babies have a way of rewriting the best budgets. One thing I will say though Phil, once the wee one enters this world your mind will not be thinking about Thailand and I mean that in the most positive way.
