Should have been a photo of a steak cooked bleu to follow. Unfortunately some fool served it on a very hot plate. So it was medium rare by the time I'd eaten half of it. Result! Small complaint and a free steak.

Last time I shopped in there I can remember some sort of food in the lowest level. There were some great independent shops with designer gear in there. Got a wonderful Burberry jacket in there before it became a chav label.

So international break time and apart from taking the micky out of the neighbours there's not a lot of fun to be had. Biggest game of the period seems to be tonight with Holland v Germany or Verenigd Koninkrijk der Nederlanden v Bundesrepublik Deutschland if you prefer.

The only time I've had a delay was when there were bank holidays both ends close to each other. TW's automated prediction of how long it will take doesn't take this into account. You do though receive an apology via email as soon as they realise it's taking longer than normal.
