I've tried every thing known to man over the years to try and quit, once just cold turkey for 3 days not long after arriving in Thailand, i was a physical wreck, shivering/trembling in tropical heat and totally disorientated, me mates begged me to start again which i duly did. Now i'm gonna hopefully try something different, drugs to beat the drug lol

and some of the worse ones are the reformed ex smokers, i give em a massive swerve, intolerable people imo

Well i'm off to Siam pharmacy on wednesday to get me usual supply of T2 diabetes tabs, i'm gonna ask em for Zyban or the Thai equivalent and see how it goes.

Great vehicle init, i can't quite believe how good it still looks and drives even after nearly 13 years but i don't abuse cars and have it serviced ever 6 months by the main Toyota dealer in Korat. I've never ever had a car this long in my life but there's no justification in changing it particularly when you consider how much it will cost to change, think exchange rate, when i bought in 2007 it cost 20K GBP at the then 75bht to the GBP, now to replace it would cost 43K GBP !!! Admittedly when i bought it cost 1.5M bht and is now 1.7M bht but that increase is only to be expected, like you i think it could be the last vehicle i need to buy judging by how its wearing.
