Yes we are hoping to be there Sept October Last trip I discovered a old type English pub/ restaurant ( remember what off the beaten track I found it) had things like gammon reminded me of when I sentenced to a couple of years in a English school and we had awesome school lunches

Well put its the way I have gradually been changing my routine to over last couple of years its been 3 years 2 months for me I generally spend 7 -10 days up in the boondocks visiting Mrs rocks family its way too rural to sit back by a pool with a beer Then a week or so in bkk and Pattaya catching up with mates etc ( nearly all of them have moved on)

I regularly spend hours in -28 repairing blast freezer cabinets with big fans in them so going to -40 for a look has absolutely no appeal to me When I was younger I used to fix recovery boilers it was over + 40c much prefer that ( couldn't handle it to much now though)

My impression is that the hotel price is a all inclusive shuttle room and tests etc

That and gardening tools rusting away in the grass waiting for you to hit them with your lawnmower

Me too exactly when she came to nz after a few months my mum said at a big family gathering to Mrs nickrock how do you get your roast spuds so golden crisp on outside but soft and moist on inside Had already realised her cooking skills are a huge bonus

Going stir crazy got a covid positive at 3 am this morning before starting work Dont think I could do a 14 day isolation in a hotel ( just have to isolate till I get a positive )

My understanding is that it stops permanently until you return and reapply if your out of the country for more than 90 days ,had a few incidents where recipients were over in aussie visiting family and couldn't return due to covid and not able to get a slot in a isolation hotel ( our fucked up system can take over 3 months to get a booked in slot) doesn't matter how long you have lived in nz

I'm in nz my wife has been here nearly 12 years she got citizenship nearly a year ago Here the govt pension stops 90 days after you leave the country

Pl he's tried to sneak in here but but our cloak and dagger team on here were on to him pretty quickly on several occasions
