They've opened a bunch of restaurants back there they've got a huge market a new laundromat even a real estate place. They're really working to try to get this new project behind me built quickly it's 6:30 or about 6:30 it's dark out and they're out there with a cement truck floating cement into the formation that they built earlier in the day. I guess I am from the old school of thought. I was always been of the belief that if you took care of something you would have no problems with it. During my life this has gotten me quite a ways I've always owned basic cars because I commuted a lot of miles and had to trade in frequently. When my daughter graduated from high school I wanted to buy her car and I needed another car myself for the commute driving through the auto sales area where I lived there was a dealer that had about 20 Kia Rios on the lot all of them with the sign on them $6999. Good looking little cars any color you wanted they all had a JVC CD deck in them of course not automatic all five speeds no power windows no power locks you're basic little get around car. I picked out a red one she picked out a white one two hours later we were off the lot. She sold her a little while after but mine I drove the wheels off it putting on a couple hundred thousand miles without any major problems. Did the brakes once the clutch was still original had a timing belt put in once other than that I changed the oil myself at every 3,000 MI and it never stopped running never left me stranded never left me someplace because it wouldn't start. I didn't have anybody to impress but myself that said I think no matter what you buy if you have it service properly and it's taken care of you'll get good service from it. My experience anyway.

This place is always busy and active till about 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning. They have not began playing loud music so I'm guessing maybe they won't I live directly across from them and they don't bother me at all

Well i peaked in the new Las Vegas BB site and there was no work going on just a flat empty lot. They are saying January.1st for opening do not see them hitting that deadline. with high season upon us they better get a move on.

Agreed to meet a friend for a drink in the beer garden this afternoon on the way down I decided to stop at manaree to see fon. I have never submitted a tm-30 on my own behalf have never been asked for one for any reason since they began supposedly requiring them years ago. I figured if anybody knew what the score was it would be her as she has dealt with many many these are renewals 90-day reports and the likes. She told me that each time you leave and check into a hotel or a guest house that will report you as a guest when you return back to your residence even if it's within the country even if it's a single night somewhere your otm30 is no in void and you have to replace it with a new one. I take a lot of trips for three and four days here and there this is going to be one major league pain in the ass

I have two very good friend that went to marriage visa route they said it was a major pain in the ass the following year they just went ahead and got the retirement Visa. Retirement Visa in and out in one day while with the marriage visa they ask for a lot of different things depending on where you get it.

I do exactly the same as you leave the money in the bank pay them 8K to deal with it. I have more time than money but I'm also very lazy anytime I can avoid immigration I do it.

A poster in one of my line groups posted that effective the 15th of this month you're actually going to have to have your money in the bank this he said he got directly from Maneerat. The person that posted this is a manager of a very well-known venue here in town. I would be surprised if they enforce this but since he said it came directly from Maneerat there might be something to it. It'll sure change things for a lot of people if indeed it happens
