  3. But he has a nice pointing style. Mind you, I do hope they use better scales than these for evidence gathering. Something more akin to Like you find in the gold shops.
  4. I was just down at the supermarket and I parked in the warm basement carpark then took the lift (elevator) up to the shopping floor... The doors of the lift opened on their own A wave of cold air passed over me when the doors opened. I had an immense feeling of dread when I looked at the total bill. Would that be classed as a ghostly experience?

  6. ‘$1 million’: Three Irish men arrested after 60 Melbourne burglaries Three Irish men have been arrested following a string of “sophisticated” alleged home burglaries across Melbourne. The three Irish nationals, aged 25, 24 and 19, have allegedly carried out over 60 home burglaries across Melbourne’s east, in Blackburn, Doncaster, Narre Warren, Hampton Park Narre Warren and Templestowe, since January. The trio, who only just arrived in Australia in the last six months, allegedly stole over $1 million of property, including cash, jewellery and designer handbags. The three men, who don’t have a fixed address, were arrested at a hotel near Melbourne Airport on Thursday morning. The arrests came after three other Irish men were arrested on March 18 in connection to home burglaries in Sunshine and Mill Park between January and March this year. Police allege the men, aged 35, 28, and 21, are part of the same foreign crime syndicate as the other trio. https://www.news.com.au/national/victoria/crime/1-million-three-irish-men-arrested-after-60-melbourne-burglaries/news-story/fa14b551a6336a9acc0001380f21fedb

  8. Dr Google has replied. Make sure you have a styptic (anti-bleeding) powder available at all times to stop bleeding. You can buy this powder over-the-counter (without a prescription) from a pharmacy or store. This powder works very well to stop bleeding in patients on blood thinners. Talk with your local pharmacist for more information. https://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/AntiCoag/CutsBloodThinners.pdf

  10. Don't know if those work on people on blood thinners. In my case, went through the gauze padding on the first band-aid, leaked out under the edges although not quite the Texas chainsaw massacre. Second band-aid seems to have it under control. Just hurts like hell now. Anyone on blood thinners and experience of the mentioned clotting products, now is the time to let us know. Would be useful information.
  11. Just stabbed myself in he finger with a knife. First injury I've had like this since I've been on Apixaban (three years). Fuk it bled. Don't know if it went down to the bone although it was a boning knife I was using at the time. File photo They do have very sharp points.
