Never had the pleasure yet…… Besides my weight and that awful Long COVID bout, must say I have been lucky healthwise so far, only thing I did right was never smoke, which I guess is important. But my last few years driving cab pre-pandemic, I had a few episodes where it wasn’t a case of 3 hours or even 10 minutes……With ZERO warning, if I did not find a bathroom ASAP I was crapping my pants, puckering up just didn’t work! Was one episode too when I was only 35 last time in Patts, using Internet cafe on Chaiyapoon/Lengkee, paid up & even staying at 18 coins 100 yards away same thing, no warning barely had time to get my shorts off It’s weird, but I guess both a result of aging AND plain luck, some foods might just push you over the edge, in my case a large coffee, and another time, blow with my customers….Had to beg the next stop’s guy to use his bathroom, what a relief! Never saw him again, but what I remember most was his mancave- massive triple garage, spotless floor, and every toy imaginable…..jetski, snowmobile, heavy bag…but 2012 Fort McMurray everyone was rich until oil tanked in ‘14

Finally got the call for the ultrasound on my left nut Monday, had the scan about 6 hours ago. Urologist spent a whole 15 seconds with me last time, saying it’s most probably just a bunch of harmless cysts, which the Doc today pretty much confirmed. Was a pretty thorough process, technician put the gel on the area and took many images from all angles. Gave me 20 minutes to rest up, Doc did more of the same, took her time, and reiterated it looks benign

My COVID infection might have(weirdly) had some benefits. My only 2 gout attacks were 21 months apart(easy to find the dates on this board), now going on 24 months without one. I still always feel a little something in my right big toe joint, as I’ve stubbed it a few times, even during the episodes….but Thank the Lord no 3rd time paralysis as of yet Last time was pure hell, I think altogether 2 weeks, with major pain and correspondingly shitty mood for at least 6-7 days…..First one in 2020 was maybe 60 hours of bad pain, much relieved by dipping toe in cold water Dont wish this shite upon anyone, and can’t imagine having it go to a knee, hand or gulp…..both big toes

Funny story Larry….But let’s be honest, that buck an hour went pretty far back then, eh? And it’s a miracle all 6 made it back home untouched, waiting for breakfast tomorrow
