Just sent some money to Thailand via World Remit, sent now as thought might go much lower if the vote goes awry tomorrow. Will be taking cash with me on Friday for my trip but just thought I would send some ahead. Pound is pretty low presently, analysts believe pound may strengthen by 5% if she wins the vote.

Just tea. Managed about just over half a bottle of Soave this weekend. Opened the bottle on Thursday and drank one glass of wine before falling asleep. Didn't drink Friday as working that night but yesterday attempted to finish the bottle and failed miserably. Basically had another 2 glasses but fell asleep again and ended up throwing the remains of the second glass and the dregs in the bottle away. Won't be drinking now until I get served by a lovely Eva Airways hostess (hopefully) on Friday evening on my way to Bangkok. Still the silver lining is I am back to 12 stone 9 lbs.

Just never liked disturbing people, of course it is expected, needs to be done but I do try and avoid it. I have a great bladder and can sit in a pub and drink pints for hours before even thinking of a piss but on a plane, I need to go like crazy after 1 small beer. I also like to stretch my legs on long haul flights so an aisle will be beneficial to all my needs.

Simon's is just the type of food I love, Reminds me of a place called Ogen in Hua Hin that looks the same size and design, also I believe an Israeli establishment; maybe there is a connection although no doubt a few Israelis in Thailand..

5 days Got my eye on an emergency exit aisle seat. Booked a window seat which really was a silly thing to do, would prefer an aisle on a long trip to avoid annoying people and not making myself uncomfortable trying to avoid going to the loo. 3 emergency exit aisle seats still available and nobody has paid the £108 pound supplement yet so might ask on early check in.

Good choice, may do the same tomorrow; got the mince so may get me pinny on.

It was lovely, went abundance on the Richmond Irish sausages and a few more chips than I should have made. I just needed to eat unhealthy after a 13 hour shift which included getting stuck in a 2 hour jam on the A20 because the M20 between junctions 9 and 11 was closed. Nightmare day.

Having a glass of wine, just got back from work and need a drink. First drink of the week.

Nice restaurant, always had a good meal with great service in there.

I believe it was; a guy had been living in it but was being moved to a smaller room and they offered it to me at a good price. Had 3 nights there back last January whilst the babe was across in Pak San attending a funeral. I didn't want to go across the river so stayed in Nong Khai and relaxed. Just about managed to park my pick-up in their minute car park at the end of the service road by reception. Lot of very interesting people staying there long term. Great location.

Small world, well run place. I had a lovely room overlooking the river, nice to knock back a few beers while watching the world (and the river) go by.

Well at least Burton can hold their heads up high.......up a horses arse......

Going to Seoul is quite an eye opener of contrasts. Seeing the old men in their suits all dressed up when sitting in the parks and then the young girls who dress so amazingly. They are a very cool, fashionable generation (the young girls that is).

Good shout...hopefully I will get to see Derek and his entourage and give him the heads up on the place.

Happy that Porn hasn't got TB, now for the speaking and listening test tomorrow..........all part of the settlement visa process.

Now that is a nice view, done that many times and the beer Lao dark just adds to it. Looks like the view I had from the Mut Mee Resort, I recognise that wall.lol

I will be traveling Eva next week.......not a bad little airline. Got my seats allocated when booking and I didn't need to pay a premium for a standard seat like I did for that cheeky airline Emirates.
