  6. Just out shopping with the little one.. shouting at the peppa pig car ..
  7. It good to see you view in this matter and I think what you do with all this free time is the key to it all. I realised this when I was in Pattaya not for my self but for other where i was installing video tv boxes, I'd always get chatting to the buyer while i'd be installing the box and i'd find out they are board and spend too much time on the booze. Many i'd offer a after service and call back maybe a month a so down the line to find the spending all the time on the booze had stopped and they have spare money to do things. its amazing a little bit of tv and a few movies changed many of them.. I see many blow everything before time and go back home with nothing.. I've never once looked at you and thought your one of them as you keep your self busy all the time. 👍 One of the reasons i've not continued building the house in Udon as when its time to move there it was going to be my project. I think you need a purpose in life..
  8. Just been on the radio and i hear their base is LBA which is just a few miles north of me... Monarch airline went bust a few years ago and they had a big hold on LBA too.. There's plans to build a rail link to the airport but a few tree hugger MP's have rejected the plans which is another nail in the coffin for LBA..
  9. Yes we did very well with renting out bikes by adding our selfs to google maps.
  10. Not an email but a sponsored page on FB invest into property in Pakistan, now if i won over 100,000,000 its one place i would put a penny.
  11. I'm recording it too.. Then i'll try to run a copy and upload it
  12. They want to start with the rivers then.. People dump loads into the rivers and then travels into the see..
  13. Found this but I guess you need to know about 30 days exemption stamp..? Train from Bangkok to Cambodia You may expect a train to be faster than traveling by road, but in Thailand this is not the case! Trains seem to be a good way to transport a larger number of people from A to B but they are not designed to be a fast mode of transport. Take the train from Bangkok to Cambodia as an example – it takes 6 hours to get to the border but if you put the length of journey aside, traveling by train in Thailand does have its advantages… it is cheap for one thing, can be more comfortable than a bus plus you have the chance to get up and move around the train, and there are usually more facilities on offer. Traveling by train to Cambodia gives you time to watch the scenery go by as well, if you’re taking a daytime train. Be aware though, there are no trains operating across the border between Thailand and Cambodia so you will only be able to get so far as Aranyaprathet. After this you will have to take a tuk-tuk to the border and once across the border you will have to choose how you’d like to continue your journey, depending on where you’re going. A minivan, bus or taxi to Siem Reap will take about 2.5 to 3 hours if you’re stopping there to see Angkor Wat, but, even if you’re traveling directly on to Phnom Penh you will still need to travel via Siem Reap then catch a cool speedboat or take a bus to the capital city.
  14. I have no idea may be a few BM know about this ... Have you googled it...? Maybe 10 years ago I was looking for advice for the train from Bangkok to Phuket and every told just to fly but I wanted to try out the train and i'm glad I did now and it was great. Welcome to the forum 👍
  15. The bar is hitting google now... If I set off now I could be there tomorrow dinking into the next day..
  16. Did my own with T-cut and polish .. it works a treat..
  17. I'm Just going to work this out.. I smoked just less than two boxes per day that's around 35 cigs. So 35 x 30 days = 1050 cigs per month at a cost of £525 wow.. So £525 per month and i've not smoked for the last 18 months = £9450 Now that's a saving .. but not just in money but on my life.. if i still smoked i wouldn't be here today.
