Last night, Salmon, Rice and Broccoli...yeah I know, I eat alot of Salmon. Usually 3 times per week.

Ok so at wifey’s house here, we have a tank on the side of the house. She is a "clean freak” so she cleans the outside probably once a month…..why? LOL! The city of Minburi comes out 2 times per year to drain it, clean the inside and then re-fill. 500 baht per….so that is taken care of. We also have a “soft water” set up inside the house behind the washer/dryer directly off the kitchen. I do the salt tablets and get them from Mega Home. We get our water delivered from “Sprinkle” 2 times per month on Wednesdays. That is run through the water filtration system called “Puramun” water filtration system. Tastes really good. Personally, I don’t care about the “soft water” for showers/baths….buy wifey seems to think it is important…I would never drink any water, under any circumstance out of any tap, here in Thailand and don’t. Bottled water at the gym only.

These guys do not get alot of press per say....they have a good message though. Saw them at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium back in 2004 in San Francisco........Billie Joe Armstrong is a very good writer in my opinion. This is how the Buffalo Bills are probably feeling right now....Ah-Ha Ah-Ha Ah-Ha....

This getting old sh!t is seriously overrated!😂 I was kind of thinking the same, I am closer to 70, then 60, and feel great really! Got my Physical and met with my Doctor Thursday...he said things look good, keep doing what you are doing. Hope this trend continues for a few more years.

Wow! Another "This is Thailand" moment huh Cliff? I would say talk to the "authorities", but we all know how that would go. What a joke...good you got another insurance immediately. Never got in an accident here thankfully, we use "Thai wiwat" for our SUV's.

Heading out to the Hospital to give blood ( fasting) for my yearly physical...wifey and I do this every year now. Will meet up with our respective Doctors Thursday, and get an assessment.

Yeah they had 1 pair size 11....not exactly the color scheme I liked but....

Just have to ask, do they play music from the band "Chicago"? I would buy a few LD'S perhaps for a few of the lovelies....I always liked " Chicago" for many years....still do today, find their music just timeless you know?

You guys ever going into Sporting Goods Stores and tell yourself "I am NOT going to spend any money today, I do not care how much the discount is and even if it is a great price, I am NOT spending any money today"??? Well at The Mall Bangkapi yesterday that exact thing happened to wifey and I......as you can see, I failed miserably LOL! Got a new pair of Adidas Switch Run running shoes. They were 50% off....The best news was they had my size 11. Wifey bought some shit she didn't need either.

Well, it was mine and my buddy Jim's pleasure, to bring these Secrets girls into Babydolls to spend our money, especally after hearing the Ben debacle with Larry. When I first met Da or Fa or Na or what ever name she was using at the time, she was very fresh. Few years later, took her for the night, she was a kick to hang around. Her and her friend could eat....that's for sure LOL!

I found this little beauty to be quite effective in nailing those little annoying bugs that fly around wifey's garden etc. This thing works great and are 35 baht each at Home Pro. Change it once a month.

@galenkia Watch yourself buddy, keep an eye on your weight etc. Like everyone else has said, eating properly is really key. Glad to hear that you are better.

No problem wearing shorts, a few years back, was on a flight to Phuket back in 2014 I think. This European dude was wearing shorts, no problem, the bad news is his feet looked like "Frodo Baggins" 😩

@KWA Thanks for the help, yeah that is the first thing I tried when I got this message, reducing file size. With this camera, the file size is bigger as it is not a camera phone, but a DSLR. I reduced to 50%, still not small enough. I reduced to 75% and it is better and I tried an upload and could upload about 25 pics. I have 125 of Phuket. Perhaps 25 at a time, do 5 different replies on the same thread. I will try to figure something out....I could not get any of those files to reduce to 107 KB like you did. Again, thanks for your help. @Krapow These gals were from Germany, they were really nice, they like you don't drink alcohol. Would you be interested in a "3 some" ? Unfortunately Mom is part of the package deal. I am always here to help you.

I tried to upload a trip report that contains more then 19MB photos total size. It will only let me upload 2 pics at a time, get an error message now? If that is the case, then no since in posting 2 pics at a time.

Last week in Khai Nok Island, took a day trip there right? I watched in utter amazement at this Thai driver try to squeeze his boat in here! He kept trying and trying, all the other Thai boat drivers were helping him...amazing Thailand. Luckily I had the opportunity to take pics of other things

Greetings from Patong in Phuket....I know many of us have mentioned here that we can no longer "dlink" like we used to. Well NYE for me has told me that the "grim reaper" has arrived for Yessongs LOL! Wifey said I had like 15 Sangsom/Cokes, typical of women, they exaggerate everything.......when I woke up yesterday morning, I though I had Polio...I couldn't move LOL! Feeling much better this morning....no drinks yesterday and dinner at the hotel and in bed at 9:00pm last night. Pathetic 😞 Happy New Years Gentlemen...stay safe and healthy.

Alan, I echo what many others have said here, you are a class act and have a good heart for taking care of your Sister. She knew you were there the whole time and your presence for her never waivered. You have a ton of fans here and all the best going forward.
