  1. Home made chicken noodle soup. Not much better on a cold afternoon.
  2. Just saw the announcement that Sean Connery had passed at age 90. What a life that man had.
  3. Colors are changing all over here in town but I was rather shocked by the intensity of part of this particular tree. We get lots of yellows, browns, crusts but not much of the deep reds.
  4. Im always blown away by how creative people can be. This is really really cool.
  5. I love that I'm lucky enough to live where I live.
  6. Good to see you posting glass. I haven't see ya in awhile.
  7. A bit south of town and the colors are a changing. It's all coming very early this year. I'll be up to the cabin at Purgatory tomorrow and am hoping that they are still coming on..... but I dought it. Will see
  8. I love this place. I could see myself hiding out there for 3 to 4 months out of the year.
  9. It was a chicken and broccoli casserole tonight and its always a delight. She adds a cup of sour cream and 3/4 cup of mayonnaise and it gives it a rich and hearty taste.
  10. I had to chuckle at the Managing Director of Public Affairs.... Kelly Beaver
  11. Some of the stuff in my pantry that are top contenders for large helpings of cheese. I know that it's not that healthy but I sure like them from time to time.
  12. I'm a firm believer that there's nothing edible out there that a hand full of cheese wont make better. And this would be one of my favorite contenders.
  13. Emptying all my tools out of me van from the previous job and loading up the ones I need for the new one that starts Monday
  14. Hahaha.... it has been my experience that most ( if not all ) of the drama in my life would of never have happened if it hadn't of been for that " little excitement " that I chose to say yes to the night before. Lol It's kind of like when the girlfriend wakes you up in the morning and asks what you did last night. But before you can answer she informs you that the color of the lipstick that she found in your under ware and the color of the lipstick that is currently plastered around the base of your cock is a color which she does not own.
  15. Hahaha.... It's a known fact that Fishing will do that for you. So keep up the good work.
  16. Here in Durango we did away with the plastic bags a few years back due to the environmental issues.... and rightly so. Most stores here have paper bags but it is strongly encouraged that you bring your own bags from home. And of course they are more than happy to sell you another reusable tote bag to add to your ever expanding collection. But because of the virus the city has temporarily reintroduced the plastic ones. Although we do have employees who are there to help bag and even carry your stuff out to your car upon request. it seems that a lot of the time there simply aren't enough of them. So I have no problem jumping right in and bagging my own stuff. I've done it all my life and I don't even give it a second thought. But I do it by choice because the way I see it.... these people work very hard, for not a lot of money, and usually get nothing but crap from the general public. As one of those Life Lessons; A few years back, I was in my late 60s and I had a flat tire on my car and was at the side of the road when this young guy who was walking by said " you know you can call Triple A and they will come out an change it for you for free " Now you notice he didn't offer to help me change it. And I laughed an said " who needs Triple A " But it popped into my head at that moment that it will be a sad day in hell when I can't even change my own friggen tire. I feel the same way about most chores in life, even bagging my own stuff. So that will probably be what kills me, I'll be a 97 year old man who has a heart attack while changing the tire on that old 63 Thunderbird. And I know there will be a lot of satisfaction in that. 5555
