I knew I walked a lot when in Bangkok,Pattaya & Jomtien so I just checked on the app on my phone. I averaged 3.23km over my last 18 days in Thailand & a lot of that was with a sore calf muscle.

Gambas al ajillo,I Googled prawns fried in olive oil & the recipe for this popped up so I cooked it.Had it before in Spain. Spanish prawns cooked in olive oil,garlic & chili. Lovely with a nice Rioja.

Started the process of registering my Lasting Power of Attorney with my mums investment companies & the NS&I. Getting seriously pissed off with the music when I'm put on hold. This ain't gonna be a quick job. -

Chicken curry I cooked a while ago with Sainsburys Tarka Dal & mini garlic naans. With a nice white....after 3 pints in the pub. The care home my mum is in is less than 100yds from my local....👹

The only problem is that none of it is labelled & beef panang,Indian curry & spag bol sauce look very similar in a frozen state.

When she leaves me home alone my missus cooks & freezes a shedload of Thai dishes & fried rice.Pork panang was lovely,the pork you could cut with a spoon.
