The leagues are strong due to the UK being a rich nation and Sky Sports etc exploiting that.

If you bought an "off the shelf" laptop, it will probably prompt you to transfer stuff on first power up, and walk you through the process as it's done over wifi.
Restore them from your back up to your new laptop.
Or if you're planning on throwing out the old laptop, take out the hard drive first, mount it in a caddy and connect it to the new computer. Once transferred you also have a spare external drive.

Was there a few months ago and in the Red Parrot most nights - stayed round the corner in The Offshore. The mate I was with is there now avoiding Songkran.
We got the bus down as bad weather was forecast but the ferry back up on our way back to Thailand.

I was there for the first time a few weeks ago and loved the fact the ferries, along with the trains, you could use as much as you want each day knowing there was a ceiling on the overall cost no matter how much you travelled.
Loved the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel as well for a drink or ten.
