I fuckin hate those cannula’s, especially if they can’t find a decent vein and poke around for ages getting one in. I’ve had 2 in both hands and 2 in my neck for drugs and food and moving around in bed with them in ain’t pain free. 😟 Hope they sort out your problems. Good luck mate. 🤗

Drink 2/3 large glasses of water, it’ll soon be up around 125/75. I was in Southampton University Hospital having just had an angioplasty and was about to leave the recovery ward as someone was picking me up to take me home. Ward sister did my BP and it was lower than yours. 😟 She bought me 2 jugs of water and said “if you want to go home, drink this” which I did over 30 minutes or so. She then did my Bp again and it was normal. 🤗

I thought of nothing else at that age. 😉 Ok, maybe winning at marbles came top of the list, but tit’s came a close second. 🤣

Having a teenager son who has an Xbox, we’ve set time limits on his internet use via my eero router, which restricts the amount of time he can use the internet and it also applies to internet use on his mobile phone via WiFi at home. Up to now, he’s never asked to exceed the internet use he’s allowed. He’s more than happy to abide by our rules, but many kids wouldn’t be. He, like all school, children have to use the internet to do his homework these days and that is done when he gets home from school on weekdays and during set hours at weekends. I suspect that kid on Tetra will make money somehow from being the first to defeat it, but no kid of mine would ever be allowed to spend so much time on any internet game.

I’m married, so feeling guilty is just my natural state. 🤣

I went first when it was at Stourpaine. Fields full of mud halfway up my wellies, but great fun. Had my first helicopter ride there and the back seat area was inches deep in mud as well. It was a bit like riding in a Reliant Robin, but not quite as noisy. 🤣

I remember as a little boy, watching a traction engine steam roller, rolling the newly laid asphalt on the road outside of our house when I was around 6 or so. The noise and smell was amazing to us kids. No cow shit though. 🤣 I still try to get to get to the Great Dorset Steam Fair each year if I can.

Love an ice cream van me. One comes round our way and stops at the end of the track. Wife and son run down and buy big ones with a flake in it and always get one for me. We’re all kids at heart, when we hear the jingle on a summer’s day. 🤗 Actually heard it just before Christmas, that’s global warming for you. 😉
