  1. Filling in Visa Application forms on behalf of the better half, it needs to be done but so much to do, need to concentrate. Wonderful thing is it is online and you can login/logout and save the form to finish another time.
  2. American is difficult but would be between De Niro, Denzel Washington and Jack Nicholson. British would be between Daniel Day Lewis and Gary Oldman
  3. There is no debate, Aussies prefer (or hate) Vegemite and Brits prefer (or hate) Marmite. If only one is available then I will still eat it whichever one it is, love the stuff.
  4. I am going to cook myself pie and chips, I am hungry looking at all these photos.
  5. Need to get ready to go out but noticed there is more than enough on this forum to keep me going when I get back, great to see all the threads and activity. Lanza you are a star for putting this forum together, kudos to you.
  6. Looks like good weather John, they say that the most days without rain in Singapore (records) is 16 days. Have a good one

  10. A great game between the top 2 sides. Premier League is still exciting to watch regardless of what some may say.
  11. Just watched a good game of football. Don't think Mo Salah turned up and Sterling is overrated.
  12. Well built and older but I would do her in a heart beat, I might check the box first for meat and two veg but looks female.
  13. I think I will be flying straight up to Khon Kaen on the 19th Jan and will be in Bangkok probably on the 23rd or 24th if you still around. I will update you via personal message on here.
  14. I must admit I have no issue in having used one for a short period of time. It was a time when the wee one would not want to be lifted and was exploring everything within a 100 yards and not often looking behind. She was like a whippet and even though I could catch her it was impossible to leave her alone or without some sort of holding device. For pure safety it was a necessary evil at times and having one on stopped her from having a particularly nasty accident when she saw mum across the road and rushed out of a shop, I managed to stop her in time and it was only because of the soft binding attached to her back pack. Of course if your child is a sedate soul then no issues and no need for the leash. You can not keep your eye on a wee one 100 percent of the time despite trying with all the best intentions. She is now of an age when she understands the green cross code and is very safety conscious, she is even the first one to put her seat belt on in planes and cars. I have seen many women in the UK pushing prams, holding groceries and looking after a child, sometimes the safety of the child (if very young and with well oiled feet) may require an extra safety net in the form of a soft leash. , Of course if you feel that your kid is like a dog at the end of a leash then maybe you do have a dog.
  15. Now that reminds me that I will be eating a lot more Thai food once Porn and the wee one come to live here, love it....
  16. I don't care how cold it gets, I just can't stand the rain. My job entails a lot of outside visits and weather is important to me. I love my job though. It ensures I stay fit and can keep my weight down at around 12 stone 8 lbs which is good for me.
  17. My phone don't ping then that might have something to do with not having Facebook on it....
