Visa rules

As I am confined to a wheelchair , My wife went to Immigration (rayong) for me yesterday to extend my "visa" I had gone with her to the bank for the letter confirming my bank balance and so on. It seems that their is a new  regulation regarding how long money has to be in the bank for. She didn't really know what the rule change was. As a result, we hsad to go back to the bank today, Apparently we now have to wait about 5 days to get a new letter. Anyone know what is happening? Apologies if this has been answered before but I don't look at the forum frequently due to being disabled.

Thanks.

Alan

as far as I know.  the money has to be in YOUR bank account min of 3 months, 90 days prior to application.  the account has to be only yours, so not a joint account and the balance must never have dropped below the min during that time

if you have problems because cant satisfy this reg, PM me.  ( note, I do not sell visas 🙂 )
