  1. Just got a confirmation from Wells Fargo back home that the "order" I put in several months ago is on it's way to Bangkok Bank here for me. I got $36.10...velly, velly happy LOL!
  2. Great pics gents, last night was Salmon, White Rice, Mushrooms and Broccoli. Pretty much my "go to" dinner these days.
  3. @forcebwithu Thanks for that, I had heard it was closed, but the recent picture posted I thought maybe it was still open. Yeah I know, guys hate Hooters here in Thailand, for some reason, I still find it enjoyable for a dinner gig now and then. Luckily the Nana location and Soi 15 are still open here, same with Samui and Phuket. Might try to sneak over to the one in Phuket over NYE....................................without wifey knowing I personally think, they should open up a "Thai Girl" coffee shop here, would you invest with me and we can pull this off? LOL!
  4. Any Scorpions fans out there? I think this guy from Japan, does a nice version of the Guitar Solo on "Wind of Change" My Son told me he is learning this solo now.....we'll see.
  5. Gym this morning, Sunday is a good day for me. On this one "Body Pump" class at 11:00am, there is probably a 100 women there.....amazing. Last Sunday these gals asked me if I could take a pic of them with their cell phones, I did and then asked if I could take one with my camera....all is well, then they asked me if I wanted to go to lunch with them after our work out. I was born at night..................................but it wasn't last night! I could see one of my neighbors seeing me sitting with "3 birds" They would sell me out in a New York Minute to wifey.
  6. Interesting, I have full medical through "AIA" here locally and have always had a "Thai Wife Visa" that I ONLY have to have 400k baht to show every year. One of wifey's best friends has her own business LLC ETC, and takes care of this for me every year. Never had a problem.
  7. You guys better not send any money to her "Patreon" account.....I saw her first LOL! Dam, this gal is good and not bad looking either. I'm in "lub"
  8. What?? They are going to demolish all the bars outside Cowboy where you can have a "dlink" with your favorite gal and take down all the neon signs too? Are they trying to make Cowboy "family friendly" these days? Bad decision...... Cowboy the way it is now, is iconic to say the least. Maybe they should try getting the guys from India running up on you, bothering you when you are having a "dlink" with your gal and ask you "Hey boss, I have a watch for you, good price" Got friends coming here in Jan, we'll see how it all looks.
  9. @forcebwithu Great pics, last April when we were there, things were looking better overall. Now with the re-paving etc. looks even better I think.
  10. Just a quick note about Jimmy Buffett. I have a friend back home in Calif, he was and is still in the catering/hospitality business and has his own exclusive rights to several bars in the Shoreline Ampitheater in Mountain View, Calif. This place holds 20k for concerts during the spring/summer and falll time right? Been there many times for concerts. He told me no band, artist or anything came close to when Jimmy Buffett played there? For what? Overall quantity of alcohol consumption. All the vendors made "bank" whe he was in town. That I was surprided at!
  11. Wifey and I watched the American version of this every week when we were there...great show.
  12. So..............................no votes for Secrets huh? Just thought I would ask ❤️
  13. Look what I found yesterday....just kidding. Wifey got this off one of her Thai Social media pages. What do you figure? 100k baht? Somebody is probably really happy....and someone is NOT!
  14. Some of these guys/bands, do some really great impersonations. That Michael Jackson guy should be good. Wifey still reminds me of the time in Aug 2022, I took her to the Mountain Winery to see the "Fab 4" and I took this video.........And yes, she knows who The Beatles are LOL!
  15. Nice read....is NWG that controversial still? Guys still boycotting etc? Like you, on a recent trip, had a great time with a few gals from Thermae..I was thinking to myself the minute we parked ourselves at the bar...how long would it be before they became bored to death with me and started looking at their phones? Instead they made me feel like a "rock star" ❤️
  16. Sitting at the Macau Airport.....we were just told we are the last flight of the day at Air Asia..all of the rest of the airline flights are now cancelled due to a "Signal 8" Typhoon Saola. What a break huh? Get the feeling it is going to be a bumpy ride back to Don Mueang. Had a blast here.......dam it is expensive to play "Blackjack" at The Venetian. $500 Hong Kong Dollars per hand was the cheapest last night. When I asked the pit boss if there were any $100 Hong Kong Dollar tables.......he laughed. When I won 4 hands in a row last night ( wifey was back in the room already) this China Doll smiles at me. She was sitting a few chairs down from me....I smiled back. I am pretty sure she was sending me a strong message that she thought I was a "high roller" and wanted to perhaps trade recipes on how to make " Chinese Chicken Salad" back in her room
  17. For my British buddies here. The Londoner here in Macau....this place is incredible. I will upload a video to You Tube as every night, they play Beatles music outside the hotel blasting with a great light show. Last night was "Twist and Shout"
  18. @Pumpuynarak Just for you Pump, don't laugh, this cost me 200 Baht at Terminal 21. I even saw a "China Doll" yesterday wearing an AC/DC T-shirt waking around town.... "Touch Too Much"? LOL!
  19. Getting ready to head out to the Breakfast Buffet here in Macau. Venetian is a nice place for sure. The view from the 33rd floor is cool. Jesus Christ, I have never seen so many "China Dolls" dressed to the 9's in my life...tread lightly Yessongs, wifey has an eye on you LOL!
  20. Hate to be the village idiot here, but on my many trips to Patts when on tour, I always liked "Angelwitch" for some reason. I liked the show and the bar fines that went with me, seemed to enjoy it too. Is Angelwitch long gone too? I was there in April, but the missus only wanted to venture into Baccara for a drink.
  21. Got this pic from my gal pal Phuong (in the middle) owns a Viet Coffee Shop back in San Jose, Calif. Her and her friends went to see "Blackpink" concert at Oracle Park.
