I trained every day without fail from 13 till I got hurt on the job at 45, only stopped playing Rugby League at 40,now iam suffering from all that contact. compressed fractures to the T4-5-6 in the neck,stopped all exercises only did enough to please the docs and insurance company,hurts just to get out of bed now days, its not the loss of getting any sort of decent hard on that worries me,it is I no longer can defend myself,shit!
