    You finished off well, good job. I still haven't ventured out with the clubs yet, waiting for my knee to get down to somewhere the same size as my other one!

    Ha. It was a tongue in cheek comment becasue I used to take the piss every time John eat salmon in a very good Italian restaurant. Hence I would ask if it was Italian Salmon. He eventually got the irony.
