She f***d up big time, she was leading with around 10 seconds to go, all she had to do was back off the mat a couple of times and she had gold, instead she took a late hit. Inexperienced hurt her unfortunately. Hard to watch, but I was gutted for her too!

I tend to play a lot of pool whilst in Thailand My favourite place in the afternoon is Breakers Spots bar, they have 3 decent tables and get a good crowd to play. Oh and a few nice girls too! Early evening I like to sit people watching in the Stumble Inn, next door to Big Dogs. Very relaxing and a good vibe seeing all the Nana hotties ariving for work and the Nana Carpark girls strutting their stuff. As for Gogos, I like Spanky's in Nana, never a dull moment in there!

Having a lazy day watching TV, just seen GB win the hockey, been watching the GB ladies playing football, but got bored, so turned over to watch fishOmania. I will take a walk later and hopefully cover 5 miles before stopping off at the pub. It's drink day for me so looking forward to some real ale or Guiness.

If he had hit the tree head on at high speed then it would have pushed the engine into the bulkhead. It's probably taken off and on landing he has lost control and the car has spun into the tree. Thus the impact primarily in the side causing a shearing action. Cars are built to take large impacts from the front and rear, but are very vulnerable if hit in the side. Very sad. RIP

My favourite as a kid was a choc ice float in lemonade.
