In the UK Marks & Spencer have started doing their Gastropub range of pies again.They used to be superb & this Steak & Old Peculier Ale version did not disappoint.With pease pudding,veg & gravy. Delicious but lots of cals & saturated fats....but it's a rare treat.

My missus absolutely hates tattoos,I think if I'd had one when I met her she wouldn't have married me. A few years ago I said I was thinking of getting her name,Nid,on my right shoulder in Thai. She went up the wall! Personally I don't like Thai girls with them,or metal bits in their face or plastic tits. Au naturel for me also.

I knew I walked a lot when in Bangkok,Pattaya & Jomtien so I just checked on the app on my phone. I averaged 3.23km over my last 18 days in Thailand & a lot of that was with a sore calf muscle.

Gambas al ajillo,I Googled prawns fried in olive oil & the recipe for this popped up so I cooked it.Had it before in Spain. Spanish prawns cooked in olive oil,garlic & chili. Lovely with a nice Rioja.
