If anyone's got Emirates or Qatar (and maybe others too) frequent flier miles/avios but not enough for a flight or upgrade they can both be used on Bangkok Air flights rather than go to waste. A mate and I travelled to Samui and back recently using miles with taxes only 400 baht each.

Nam no longer does trips to DMK according to her website. You have the choice of Nok Air, Thai Lion Air or Thai AirAsia so might be struggling to get Business Class. Maybe better going from BKK if that's a must have, as Thai Airways will offer a Business Class fare and Nam will take you there.

Pizza baguette from Siamburi's done in the air fryer. First time I'd tried one and it was a tasty snack although could do with some meat topping. I've got a pepperoni one in the freezer too so that should be better.

I've flown many times with Emirates and the chauffeur drive service at both ends comes included with your ticket. Unfortunately Pattaya is out of the "free" mileage radius.
