Glasseye Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Will ever truly know who you are, or know evertything about you. Ever think about that ?
Zambo Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Aristotle said “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” Lao Tzu - the ancient Chonese philosopher - said, “Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.” Aristotle doen't really come out shining in that comparison, i hope he's got some better stuff than that.
Lemondropkid Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 One of both or your parents can know you better than you care to admit. Takes getting to a certain age to realise this unfortunately.
galenkia Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Until you get into a situation you haven’t been in before, and how you handle it, you will realise you don’t know everything about yourself.
Lirchenfeld Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 The only two things you need to know about yourself is: A) When you need to take a piss B) When you need to take a shit so you can - if you wish - avoid doing it in your pants. 5
