Not sure how many people will want to fly between these two destinations, and at 2100 Baht its not a cheap option either! Every year without fail they trot out the "recommencement" of flights from Korat speech, and nothing every happens! Korat residents are "value driven residents". Years ago they did flights from here to DMK at 1500 baht one-way (a 40 min flight), verses the bus at 190 baht and 4 hours of travel. Guess which option won the day everyday?

The queue for security checks at CPH last month!!!

Flew last month to BKK from CPH on THAI. 1 hour + check in time because of Thai pass checking, security at CPH took just short of 2 hours to clear!!!!! then you have to clear another immigration check point in the middle of airside to leave the EU!!! That was another 30 min wait as the officers were all been over-zealous today and been twats with their questioning!! Took off 45 mins late but landed on time. No one in any queue at immigration in BKK so Thai pass and finger prints done, collect baggage and into arrivals in 25 mins. Flying back direct to LHR. No one at check in so was a breeze. Security check no queues. Waited for maybe 3 mins at immigration to get stamped out. Airside completely quiet at 11am. Arrived into LHR on time. But once again at T2 when I arrived, out of the about 25 self service passport machines, only 5 were working and the other 20 "broken down"!!! Luckily I was off the flight as some of the first passengers off and not too many other flights had landed at he same time!

Personally, as a first time trip to Vietnam, I would be looking at doing Hanoi instead of Saigon. Where as Saigon is all modern and sophisticated, Hanoi still completely retains that 18-19th century olde world charm of French architecture and passion.

That walk was only around that area. Might try Lk later though. was in Malmö last week for a week. Family time with the old man. Temp in Malmö is very pleasant right now, 18-20oC. Good T-shirt weather.

O2 ARE NOT crediting back for phone calls or data usage for calls made inside of Ukraine or calls made to Ukraine, unlike other phone companies that are more than happy to waive all fees incurred from usage in Ukraine!!!! They have basically said "go f**k yourself" to me this morning on the phone!! As a long standing 02 customer of 18 years, and they cant even help me out with my excessive charges, and yeah they are HUGE charges!! So it seems O2 care more about money and profit than they do for their loyal customers!! I think now is the time to rethink my position as a customer of O2!!!
