California even has new Apartment complexes installing charging stations on their properties. Gotta keep up with the times when you live in the Golden State!

In Nor Cal the policy is all f***d up. The big supermarkets charge a dime for paper bags and aren't allowed to have plastic ones. But drug stores and small mom & pop restaurants, clothing stores, 7/11 and any convenience store can use plastic bags at no charge. I always thought the plastic bags were worse than paper. It makes zero sense.

And Hot Wheels. As a kid, I had loads of fun racing them on the various configurations of Hot Wheels tracks. Ah the memories!

I've heard figures that claim more than 100 million Americans have Type 2 or Pre-Diabetes, most don't even know it. My numbers were running about 110, so I try and get a lot of walking in, diet etc. The goal here is to not have to take Metformin if I can avoid it. We'll see how it goes.
