I used to regularly fly London to Orlando with Virgin on their 747 - i actually used to book economy as back then (2010ish to 2014) in their 747 you could select a 'bubble' seat - and get a really great seat for economy price.

Went to Kilkenny bar yesterday for Sunday lunch - tasted very good!!! - lamb nice and tender and not too fatty. Plenty of gravy plus an extra boatful if needed. Although only one roast potato - it was very big, and there was a mountain of mash 🙂

Yes- covid has been and is being really bad for finances, health and mental health! Lets hope he gets home safe and gets the help and support he needs without putting too much of a burden on his sister.

crazy idiots all over the world - the internet gives them the capability to spout their rhetoric whereever they want whenever they want - look how trump was banned from faceache and twitter last year (disclaimer - im not saying that Trump is crazy - just how these sites control the output) Also look at how these vloggers control their content by only keeping the 'good comments' (no one likes negative reviews / comments as it will ruin their agenda)

@sangsom completely agree - and many use it to fund their lifestyles (aka that tom bloke) - i just dont agree with it and i choose to not watch a lot of it.. like i watch tommy's youtube posts each morning to get my daily pattaya news of yesterday... for me the Internet is a technological wealth of information and content - just that some people want to monetise this information and content by adverts. If i dont like their style - then i turn it off... another example is the bloke called dan about thailand (delete if not appropriate) - he always seems to start his posts standing still focused on the camera without blinking - and then starts walking and it just puts me off 🙂

yup - our massage shop (not a sex shop but Thai massage) in Pattaya is down 80% on number of customers pre-covid average daily customers was around 55-60 now we average 10 - 15 - its been increasing monthly as more foreigners can come in.

In Pattaya around Dec 2019 I had a flu-like virus - lost sense of taste and smell, no energy and body aching all over - i would struggle with breathing, and I described it as my breathing was very wet and gargling. Went to the Dr's in Pattaya who said I had a bronchil infection, gave me some antibiotics, vitamins and some other stuff that i cant remember 🙂 A few days later my wife got very sick also - pains in joints and flu-like symptoms. Took around a week or so to recover (I must say that I had Dengue fever a few months later and that was infinately worse than what i had in December!

great post, and i for one couldnt see myself going back to the UK. Hope you find what your looking for in life. Covid has hit my wifes business hard, but im supplementing that with my money at the moment. I cant wait until borders reopen and i can travel for work.

vbeggers ..... not really a fan of this concept - will watch some of it but quickly get bored with the presentation style. godness knows why people pay money to watch this stuff - but its a modern thing - people pay people to watch peopl eplaying video games or open packs of cards in fifa - crazy .... There is a channel i watch when the Spacex starship is live, as they have commentary from actual space engineers (not spacex employees) - and its quite informative, but people PAY to ask a question - like 5-10 dollars a time - absolutely stupid... other vbeggers only do a channel to make money from youtube adverts / adsense etc.

tried that at the wifes' sisters house - She lives near Uttaradit but in the mountains behind Laplae. the plants grow very good - but no sprouts are born. They were grown in the shade, its normally cold overnight / in the morning (10c) - but temperature raises throughout the day - which is why i was looking for a small scale temperature / hydro solution
