Couple of mates went to ko chang at the weekend with their girlfriends. The 4 of them where the only people staying in the hotel. They said the place is deserted, only seen a handful of Thai families in restaurants at night.

Just done my first session with a PT totally knackered. I’ve been kidding myself on during this lockdown and lucky if Ive been out running or on the bike twice a week. Thought I’d book a couple of sessions each week until the gyms are opened up proper. I’ve been eating rubbish as well past few months and not really eating healthy. So got her to knock me up a diet sheet as well No work, no gym and eating crap the past 3 month I’ve put on just over a stone 😂😂

I watched that as well last night, Arsenal looked really good. If Tierney keeps himself injury free thats a right bargain you got from us.

I'm the same, got a few flats that I rent out, pay into a pension and fill my ISA every year thats it. Not got a clue about stocks or anything like that, i opened a Hargreaves lansdown account and bought a few books from amazon I seen recommended a few months ago. They are for beginners buying stocks and funds, I've not even took the books out the packaging yet 😀

They must be gutted there’s not many foreigners around right now that they can blame it on 😂

Just got these delivered this morning, not had a haircut in 12 weeks. Don’t know if I should wait it out or shave the lot of it off. Getting that bad I’m getting the start of a mini mullet at the back 😂 Not had a skinhead in about 20 years 😂 sitting thinking if I should shave the lot off 😀

Was out earlier on my bike, the rains terrible now up here. My plans for the rest of the day are staying in watching a few games of football with a couple of beers.

I cancelled 2 trips and got my money back, I have a trip booked December/January but I will wait and see how things are in Thailand before I decide if I will go, its a Flexi ticket so I will just change it till later if it comes to it. I have a week booked up for a piss up in Moscow in November for my birthday but I don't know if the Ruskies will be letting anyone in from the UK even by then😀. I was looking on Skyscanner last night for flights September/October , some cracking prices for all over Europe, just your luck if you get in anywhere then 😀

Quiet day just sitting in the garden, messing around reading sporting life for the racing today, then going to lose a few quid throughout the day on the horses😩

I don't know how those rules would work out for my usual soappy I get when I arrive in Thailand. Once Ive got to my condo and showered and changed the first thing I do is get a grab over to Ratchada . Social distancing with a naked Thai girl sliding up and down your body 😂😂

I usually do 4 trips a year and I will do 2-3 in business class. I must admit I like business class, getting picked up at the house from emirates before your flight, usually no waiting at check in. Then it's in the lounge for some scran and a few beers. Told myself last trip I wasn't going to bother again and just do economy as I usually crash out straight away and its a bit of a waste of money. I was talking to a mate last week that I usually go with and he's doing first class in December since he's missed out on 3 trips this year because Covid. He was trying to get me to book up with him but it's some difference in price from first to business, he said it was like £5200 for first, Fck that 😀. I was just thinking of what I could get up to in Bangkok with the money I would save not going first😀😀

Just relaxing at home, I done 30 odd mile on my bike today and my legs are agony. Now I'm just having a few beers messing around on twitter. I was watching some of those videos from the riots in America, what a place 😂 I just watched one video that was some guy that had stolen a police horse riding up and down a street, how do you manage to steal a horse 😀😀

Looking at flights for December and wondering if I should go for it and book it. Already had 2 trips cancelled so far because of all this carry on. Thinking of a couple 1 week trips around Europe somewhere once the airlines are up and running and just leaving Thailand until December.

Definitely ,seems to be loads of people not bothering their arse about it now. I was driving my car earlier and seen a group of weird looking people hanging around Glasgow green, supposedly some anti lockdown demonstration. Looking at them the vast majority of them should be getting their hard drives seized by the police 😀 There must have been maybe 40/50 of them hanging around with banners about 5G and Covid-19 😂. I read in one of the papers it's that fat slag from Britains first that's organising the protests. Fingers crossed she gets a dose of the old covid 😀
