They sent me an email saying they were going to deliver my parcel & I told them if we weren't in to deliver to either of our neighbours. They said they would deliver at the latter part of today so we went for a walk just after lunch. Got back & there was a delivery note saying they tried to deliver at 2.15pm and that I could pick the parcel up from a nearby store at 4pm tomorrow. Then I got an email saying that I had refused delivery of the parcel and no longer wanted it. So I rang them & eventually got through all the taped bollocks & spoke to a real person,who blamed the store where they wanted me to pick it up tomorrow. So now it will be hopefully delivered tomorrow lunch time..... FFS it can't be hard to deliver a parcel when we're all under lockdown. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
