  1. Was looking at some past pics last night, wifey had girls night out. Want to throw some "shade" at her this morning. This pic was taken in Feb 2010 right, at this time we were in the "courting process" still. What I mean is I was " sizing her up" to see if she would be the new Mrs. Yessongs in the future LOL! During this time her Mom was still alive, she was deathly afraid of her Mother..as in when we went out here when I would come visit, she would dress like a Catholic Nun...it was depressing, I need to see some skin! Sadly her Mom passed away in 2013, when I came here for my annual visit in 2014, after I was "on tour" with my buddy Jim, I got to her house, she was dressed in these white booty shorts, form fitting tight blouse and now we're talking. I asked her about it and she said " I cannot dress like you want when my Mom was around" I let her off the hook and told her "Ok I understand" I was a kind and caring nice guy back then LOL! Her outfits are now in the Yessongs standard when you roll with me I love kidding around with her. One of you guys has to have a similiar story....would love to hear it.
  2. Exactly the same shot wifey and I got in 2021, I do not know what it was with this shot, but every other vaccine I have ever had, my arm hurt more then ever with Shingrix...same with wifey. It was really painful for 2 days...anyone know why this one hurts so much? The needles look the same, they are not bigger by any means.
  3. Wow, wifey and I both got the Shingles Vaccine( 2 doses) when in Calif, they want everyone to get it when they hit 50 there. 65 in UK? WTF? Hope you get through it relatively pain free.....my next door neighbor back in Calif got it bad...I was here in Thailand in 2017 when he got it. When he got it, he took pics and showed me when I got back there to help my parents in 2019. It was absolutely brutal he told me. He DID NOT get the vaccine and he was 62 years old at the time. Bad decision he told me.
  4. He was here last night in Bangkok...my Mom would have loved it LOL!
  5. Glass, yeah we all had many good times in Pattaya. This gal was from Feb 2013, 11 years ago. Me, my buddy Jim and Go Go Lover, all met up at Mike's Seafood one night for dinner. GGL took us on a go go crawl. My notes tell me that we get to "Beach Club" had drinks, saw this gal, as we were leaving, I told her I will come back later...she said "No you won't" Finish up with those guys a few hours later, I go back and she was still there. Took her for the night, of course, more bars and Sangsom/Coke for me.....yeah I was litle "weathered" at this point. She was good.... Just don't ever go into Insomnia, pick a girl up there and let her talk you into "needle shots" for her and her friend. Jesus, what a hangover the next day after that night. Lesson learned, Sangsom/Coke and Needle Shots, I though I was a "Diabetic" the next day LOL! This gal was great too....told me she was a "Dental Asst" in Naklua?? In my stupidity, I actually believed her. Put my report/pics up on the Secrets forum a few weeks later, forget which BM it was, told me she was NOT a Dental Asst in Naklua! She was always around WS looking for a mug like me?? I was devastated LOL! Alcohol, needle shots, a brown little Issan Princess from Surin and in Pattaya? What could go wrong?😩
  6. My weakness is when I get around girls like these when downtown. The 2 night Millionaire LOL! I am always amazed at how much Sangsom and Coke I can drink, when I get in places like this you know? Never get drunk, but dam I sure do feel good. Since I rarely drink hard liquor at all.....it is the only time when I do.
  7. Hope this video shows up...... Yep, the 70's....seems like yesterday. My stoner friends outside the Cow Palace waiting for The Rolling Stones 1975.
  8. So keeping with the 70’s theme here, just had a great dinner, a good wine buzz and just looking back at some of the phenomenal concerts I saw in the 70’s…..and there were alot, I mean alot. Just was an “English Progressive” fan, just the time in my life like alot of others….guys like Emerson, Lake and Palmer were just an instrumental part of my daily listening back then. In Aug 1977, my first time ever seeing them at the Oakland Coliseum Arena. Drove to Oakland the day the tickets went on sale at that box office, my buddy and I still talk about this show like it was yesterday. We were rewarded with 3rd row, dead center, reserved seats. Man I have to tell you, it was not Baseball season at San Jose State where I played. 1977 was my Junior year there and was getting the starting left field job there but……having a few “bong hits” was just too hard to resist LOL! Those were the days! Out they come, opening up with ”Karn Evil #9” Man what an opener….the rest of the evening my hair was standing up, yeah even on my head, where I actually had quite the "doff" back in the day LOL! Back in 1977, they let you bring in 35MM cameras, unlike today. I had my Minolta SRT 101….with a Vivitar 135MM zoom lens. Got a few great shots. Just outstanding, how these 3 guys could make music like this you know? Fast forward 20 years later to September 1997. Saw them at the Concord Pavilion, talk about depressing. There were probably like 1,500 people there that night….they just didn’t draw the kinds of crowds they had back in the 70’s. I tell you what, they DID NOT disappoint at all. They played like there were 15,000 people there, the sign of a true, legendary group playing for those few who still wanted to see them. It was a warm night out there, I mean really warm. Carl Palmer comes out with no shirt on, the dude is just “ripped” Good lord, that I will never forget seeing you know. “Lucky Man” was always on the set list…Greg Lake never disappointed with his voice…..this is a great video, especially when you get to 3:22 of this video when Keith Emerson just goes absolutely nuts on that “Moog Synthesizer” solo he does. Pass me the bong! Dam…RIP to Greg Lake and Keith Emerson both…..the 70’s were a part of my life, I will never forget. “Oooooooooh what a lucky man……………..he was.
  9. Tu Tong....The Viet Girls like me......even if I come into their coffee shop stoned LOL!
  10. Wifey and I and 2 friends from USA hit Asiatique, July 2016 was nice, fairly new place if I remember correctly. Tons of restaurants, nice walk around by the water and such. Then took them over to the rooftop bar at Lebua Hotel over on Silom...quite nice.
  11. Like everything living here in Thailand.....sometimes we all just shake our heads at what goes on here. Swear to God, if any person ( Swiss or otherwise) EVER kicked my wife anywhere for ANY reason, this particular persons brains will be all over the concrete, ready to ship back to his home country!
  12. You guys might get a kick out of this....was at Fashion Island Mall yesterday looking for a present for wifey's upcoming b-day. Lucky that any type of Jewelry she likes, makes it easy on me you know? Lot's of choices. About 2:00pm feeling a bit hungry, go up to the food court, this one place has this yellow rice I like. Get to my table, sitting a few tables over from me were like 7 young kids, I noticed they kept looking over at me and kind of like laughing...I blew it off, no big deal. Every time I looked over there, they were still kind of looking at me and would laugh...again and again. I thought maybe I had some yellow rice dribbling out of my mouth or perhaps a "booger" hanging out of my nose LOL! I had enough of this, I get up and walk over to them, you should have seen the scared shitless look they had on their faces when they saw me coming right? I can hear them now "Oiiii, Falang not happy" I pretty much knew their English skills were not going to serve them yet, they all looked between 10-12 years old. Luckily the Samsung Galaxy I have works well....I speak into it "Why are you laughing at me"? It translates it into Thai and I hand it over to one of them. They all pass it around to each other, and the one girl, who seemed to be the "ringleader" she is the one in the middle with the black jacket on, in fairly good English says to me " We not laugh you, you look like school teeeee-cher we hab" She hands me her phone, and there is a picture of the guy who teaches them English at their school....dam kind of looked like that guy a bit you know....Said into my phone "Ok, I was just checking" They all laughed and I felt so bad, I gave them each 100 baht...they were quite happy and I told them to continue to do well in school, listen to their parents and learn to speak English. They all took pictures with me with their phones...and I did the same. Just another day at the Mall LOL!
  13. Just curious, what is wrong with the pavers? They are just already dirty or something else? I will be in town starting Apr 7th with wifey.....don't want her to trip you know LOL!
  14. Wifey tells me that last night on alot of the local news channels, the weather god's are saying this summer will be much hotter then last summer.......great huh? Time for me to make my annual trip here then......with my thong LOL!
  15. Gents, I know we are going through a "heat wave" right now as where I am at, it is 99 degrees here at 3:45 pm Thursday. Here is the caveat though, the humidity is way down, although it is 99 degrees, it feels more like Las Vegas, then Thailand. What are you guys feeling where you're at.....humidity still high or not? Severe weather alert Excessive Heat Min Buri Search Results Main results Severe heat throughout the week From Weather data High today 99°F Will feel like 109
  16. Wifey buys shit like this all the time for the house..tells me "it is good for the environment inside and healthy for us"???? Really?? LOL!
  17. Last April 2023, spent 5 days in Patts for wifey's b-day. Will do the same next month, coming April 7th for 5 days staying at The Hard Rock...a year ago WS was thumping as a general rule. Stops at Ibar/Insomnia were quite frankly very good. I even got wifey to go inside "Baccara" where she whispered to me " God, some of these girls tits are huge" Baccara was packed...and not just Asian dudes...just saying.
  18. Cliff, June 2022 at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga, Calif took wifey to see ZZ Top....after 50 years together it is amazing to me that Billy Gibbons voice has NOT been compromised at all....he still sounds the same, got that "southern drawl" that has made this group so good. They played this tune, wifey was quite happy. Legends to say the least. God I miss this place....one of the best places for a concert.
  19. Just curious, anyone ever been to any of those Pattaya music festivals? Any decent music to be had? How about perhaps some nice gals to chat with?
  20. Never used a shotgun, only an M1, 30 Cal Carbine...my Glock was my choice at night time, rifles are too big and bulky to deal with. Took the Glock out every month for target practice....I really miss it, no need for it here and my Son now has it..........forever.
  21. Talked to a guy at the gym yesterday, known him for a year now, good Thai kid, Masters Degree from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a financial guru, this kid knows his shit right, perfect English etc. He is a Director of International Assets for JP Morgan here in Bangkok. I asked him about these so called Tax rules here in Thailand, and all of the chatter about taxing various things etc. He said "That has been talked about for many year now in the gov't, it would take them many years to implement such a thing here and it would have many set backs. Don't worry about anything, just keep doing what you are doing and you have nothing to worry about. If you are doing your taxes on time in USA, doing them correctly and have a good track record, you are good to go" Ok then... Speaking of taxes, for us guys who are Americans, I personally have never in 50 years been audited by the IRS, never got a letter from them or anything of the like. We all hate the IRS but....I have to give it to them. Ever since we have all been able to file our taxes on line, it has been a cake walk, at least for me over the years. Filed both my Ca State and Federal taxes from here on Feb 24th, 5 days later my Ca refund was deposited in my account and 3 days later the Federal was deposited too. Are you guys getting the same treatment?
  22. Well Butch, having lived in San Jose, Calif most of my life, I would be hesitant to "jack" anybody who entered my home without feeling really threatened. Calif is the most "liberal" state in all of the USA. Some real idiots live there and the judicial system is a joke, especially when you get to a jury trial. They tend to side with the criminal in most cases with the " let's feel sorry for him" and give him another chance. The only exception to this for me, would be if my kids when they were younger were there and I felt remotely they were in danger, this would not end well for the criminal. I kept my 9MM Glock on the table at night next to me every night.
  23. Outstanding LOL! Isn't that the truth? At least the Macaws don't make wait when taking a pic 😄
  24. Yesterday at The Mall Bangkapi, I put wifey on "blast" I had enough. "How long does it take to buy one fucking piece of tupperware"??
  25. Years ago wifey and went to Black Mountain Waterpark, had a blast. Your son will enjoy ANY of the waterparks in Hua Hin Just don't let him go near this guy in the downtown area..that's reserved for you LOL!
