    All change. Emirates Airlines has agreed to cap sales of its flights out of Heathrow until mid-August, after the airport asked carriers to scale back capacity.     The thing that annoys me most is that if the airline cancels your outbound flight or it is delayed with less than 2 weeks notice you can claim compensation from the airline. If the flight is cancelled because the airport limits flights, the airline is no longer responsible but just try and get compensation from the airport operators. They should be held responsible to a similar degree.
