Depends on what your looking for in Thailand . If you have problem with hygiene or with crowds or bad footpaths then Thailand is not for you. I remember reading in this forum about crazy things in Thailand 4 people riding a bike wearing face masks and no helmets. For me this is what Thailand is about seeing crazy things that you would never see anywhere else in the world . It’s about embracing traditions and great people.

Pattaya was struggling for years before covid came .strong baht , drink getting more expensive and ladies prices doubling in price but not in value . a lot of bars and clubs will never reopen again . Thai government has basically closed the country to foreigners for the last 2 years and I can’t see any improvement this year either . when Thailand opens again I wonder what it will look like ?

I wonder how many will get bored of waiting for Thailand to relax restrictions and try other places and never go back to Thailand again ? I wonder what Thailand will look like when it does open fully again . People’s fav bars closed . Shopping malls and condos built in their place

If the U.K. government are so worried about people running of if fuel or shops not getting enough supplies for Christmas why don’t they increase the amount of hours a truck driver can do every week until after Christmas. At present a truck driver can only work 45 hours per week and must take every second weekend off .
