    The news over here in Canada has gotten so depressingly bad,I don’t watch anymore. most of the time is taken up by the goofy fuckers down South,and when it is something local,it’s a cat that’s been rescued by a dog,or some shit like that. I had to actively go out and look for this story,because I had no clue what went on. from what I can see,the brave fuckers that charged this fucker,did a fantastic job,and the shit stain that did the killing is a c**t. The rest I will leave up the the English,becuase it’s their business. As I was walking down the street in our little village today,I thought “f**k,what a fantastic little place to live.The only real problem we have is dodging old fuckers in electric scooters in the streets”.

    Just trying to make banana pancakes.(Roti). Am getting there but I think the recipe is off a bit.I paid the banana pancake guy 100 baht to tell me how to make the dough,but it was tough going.lololol. I am using butter instead of margarine,which I think I will try margarine next time. Anyways,am trying.

    I really don’t mind the winters here. rarely gets to zero Celsius,but f**k does it train. It makes the summer so much more worth it.Hunker down,get to the gym,routine is good for you. Beats the shit out of hot,muggy,wet.

    Yes mate,it was a pretty big deal when it was launched.You can now buy beyond meat products in most grocery stores. I won’t be having any of them in Pattaya,but I will be going back to The Kitchen on Second road in a few days. Had a wonderful steak there earlier in the month.😁😁
