CalEden
My understanding is they own Hardrock in it's entirety of course some of them could be franchises. Yessongs
@CalEden Whoa, did not know that the Las Vegas Hard Rock closed? Wonder why? Wifey and I were there in July 2017 and it certainly seemd to be doing well.....spent some time in there and.....the pool parties there must have generated a ton of money. Virgin Hotels? Richard Branson perhaps? @Mr. Smooth Hey Smooth, have you checked out this new Hard Rock in your backyard yet? I have seen nothing but very good reviews on this new location, certainly looks nice. I might check it out this summer. I am thinking with all the local "China Dolls" there in the Sacramento area, you might do well here. Throw some of that " Smooth Calif Swagger" while you're sitting at the Blackjack Tables, the doll sitting next to you might not be doing as well as you, you throw her a Black $100 Chip, tell her "Nhi Hau Ma" she might follow you back to your "loom" and you can trade Chinese Won Ton recipes with her 😁
Mr. Smooth
Haven't been there yet, but maybe once the weather warms up for a concert. Some big names coming up. I couldn't afford to just hand over a $100 dollar chip to anyone, any idea how many Tiger beers that would buy in a beer bar? Lol.. Actually the biggest casino "in my backyard" is Thunder Valley, which is huge with the Asian crowd. In fact, heard through the grapevine at work that some of my fellow employees of Filipino descent are always working overtime to compensate for their gambling habit, or their WIVES gambling habit! Lol.. They also have an amphitheater for large acts, maybe the classic rockers who can no longer fill an arena sized venue but can still draw them in at a 3500-5000 seat venue. Think Peter Frampton. If you ever decide to head up on a weekend, give me a couple weeks notice here by pm, and I'll see of I could drive up and meet for lunch. Yessongs
Funny, I have never been to one of those Indian Casinos....Thunder Valley is big I heard. Yep, Asians like to gamble. For sure, if I come up there for a few days, will hit you up. Got to do dinner and drinks......on me.
